【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,隨著社會(huì)的不斷變革和發(fā)展,高校大學(xué)生正面臨著價(jià)值取向多元化,文化內(nèi)容多樣化,就業(yè)壓力與日俱增等多個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn),學(xué)生心理健康狀況出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題。因此,我們要加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生心理教育,從思想上改變學(xué)生錯(cuò)誤的意識(shí)傾向,關(guān)心和重視大學(xué)生心理需求,努力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生樹(shù)立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀,擁有正確的人生方向。但當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校思想政治教育課多數(shù)以單純灌輸理論為主,沒(méi)有真正滿足學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)需求,最基本的心理教育也徒有形式,缺乏有針對(duì)性和可行性的教育體系,無(wú)法為學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展提供自我發(fā)展的良好平臺(tái)。因此,必須重視思想政治教育工作中心理教育的重要性,將兩者有效的結(jié)合成為一個(gè)整體,這是當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校思想政治教育需要解決的重要問(wèn)題。如何形成一套行之有效的適合當(dāng)代大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的新的教育體制是當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育研究的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。本文首先從我國(guó)高校思想政治教育與心理教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀著手,通過(guò)分析和研究挖掘兩者有效結(jié)合的契合點(diǎn),建立思想政治教育與心理教育有效結(jié)合的規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)性教育體系。本文認(rèn)為,只有將兩者有效的結(jié)合起來(lái),進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的、互補(bǔ)的教育,通過(guò)學(xué)科融合、學(xué)科滲透的方式,把心理健康作為思想政治教育的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,并將其融入到思想教育的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中,同時(shí),以提升學(xué)生思想道德水平和實(shí)現(xiàn)全面發(fā)展為目標(biāo),將思想政治教育作為心理健康的引導(dǎo)者,讓心理健康教育成為思想政治教育新的教學(xué)方式和教育載體,在具體的實(shí)踐中摸索兩者有效結(jié)合點(diǎn),將思想政治教育上層到更高層次,創(chuàng)新傳統(tǒng)教育內(nèi)容和模式,促進(jìn)高校學(xué)生思想政治素養(yǎng)提升的同時(shí),保障學(xué)生擁有健全的人格。本文主要研究思想政治教育與心理健康教育以什么樣的紐帶結(jié)合在一起,相互滲透并互為補(bǔ)充展開(kāi)了一系列的分析和研究。從樹(shù)立統(tǒng)一的教育目標(biāo),明確教育主旨開(kāi)始,通過(guò)教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)創(chuàng)新嘗試來(lái)促進(jìn)兩者有效的契合。通過(guò)從整體上提升團(tuán)隊(duì)素養(yǎng),創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)整體發(fā)展的模式,提高兩者作為一個(gè)整體發(fā)揮作用的契合度。高校中思想政治教育與心理健康教育的有效結(jié)合,能夠促進(jìn)大學(xué)生身心健康成長(zhǎng),提升學(xué)生群體綜合素養(yǎng),為我國(guó)培養(yǎng)德、智、體全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)人才
[Abstract]:At present, with the continuous change and development of society, college students are facing many problems and challenges, such as diversification of value orientation, diversification of cultural content, increasing pressure of employment and so on. Therefore, we should strengthen the psychological education of the students, change the students' wrong consciousness tendency, care and attach importance to the psychological needs of the college students, and strive to train the students to establish a correct world outlook. The outlook on life and values have the correct direction of life. But at present, most of the ideological and political education courses in colleges and universities in our country are dominated by pure instillation of theory, which does not really meet the growing needs of students, and the most basic psychological education has only a form. The lack of a targeted and feasible education system can not provide a good platform for students to develop themselves in an all-round way. Therefore, we must attach importance to the importance of psychological education in ideological and political education. The effective combination of the two into a whole, This is an important problem that needs to be solved in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in our country. How to form a set of effective new educational system suitable for the all-round development of contemporary college students is the focus of the research on ideological and political education in colleges and universities at present.
