【摘要】:20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),全球化對(duì)世界各地的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全、社會(huì)和文化等領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生日益廣泛的影響,高等教育也不可避免地受到影響。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)、英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言、信息通訊技術(shù)和市場(chǎng)的影響給烏干達(dá)高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)帶來(lái)前所未有機(jī)遇的同時(shí)也面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。對(duì)高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)說(shuō),適時(shí)抓住機(jī)遇迎接挑戰(zhàn)是當(dāng)務(wù)之急,而國(guó)際化道路作為應(yīng)對(duì)全球化挑戰(zhàn)的舉措是高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)的必然選擇。作為烏干達(dá)高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)最具代表性的馬克雷雷大學(xué),歷經(jīng)90多年的發(fā)展,從建立之時(shí)具有的國(guó)際性到20世紀(jì)80年代利用自己的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)通過(guò)國(guó)際合作、區(qū)域化發(fā)展逐步提升國(guó)際化水平,馬克雷雷大學(xué)的國(guó)際化在探索中不斷發(fā)展。這種發(fā)展方式在眾多發(fā)展中國(guó)家,尤其是非洲國(guó)家中具有典型性。分析馬克雷雷大學(xué)國(guó)際化,對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家高等教育地區(qū)合作有啟示和借鑒作用,也有利于國(guó)家之間高等教育的交流與合作。 本研究以馬克雷雷大學(xué)為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法、因素分析法,從如何應(yīng)對(duì)的角度分別從國(guó)際化理念和國(guó)際化表現(xiàn)兩個(gè)方面分析國(guó)際化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。通過(guò)分析得出,馬克雷雷大學(xué)國(guó)際化的特點(diǎn)是通過(guò)合作提高國(guó)際化水平,同時(shí)在國(guó)際化發(fā)展過(guò)程中高度依賴地區(qū)化。 通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),馬克雷雷大學(xué)的國(guó)際化進(jìn)程在曲折中前進(jìn),在管理理念、人員流動(dòng)、課程設(shè)置、合作交流方面都取得了顯著成績(jī)。其中,利用合作交流提高國(guó)際化水平以及通過(guò)區(qū)域一體化提高國(guó)際化進(jìn)程是馬克雷雷大學(xué)國(guó)際化的特色。不過(guò),馬克雷雷大學(xué)在國(guó)際化發(fā)展中,也存在著資金不足、人才流失嚴(yán)重等問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題在發(fā)展中國(guó)家也都普遍存在。 基于以上研究,結(jié)語(yǔ)部分對(duì)國(guó)際化與本土化,國(guó)際化發(fā)展的途徑和國(guó)際合作等三個(gè)方面做了進(jìn)一步的思考。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, the political globalization of the world economy, security, have increasingly influenced social and cultural fields, higher education will inevitably be affected. Knowledge economy, English language, information communication technology and the market for higher education institutions in Uganda brought hitherto unknown opportunities but also facing severe challenges. For higher education the organization, timely seize the opportunities and meet the challenges of internationalization as a pressing matter of the moment, and the measures to cope with the challenges of globalization is the inevitable choice of institutions of higher education. Higher education institutions in Uganda as the most representative of the University of Mark Ray Ray, after 90 years of development, has established the international from 1980s to use their comparative advantages through international the development of regional cooperation, and gradually increase the level of internationalization, the University of Mark Ray Ray international in exploration The development of cable. This style of development in many developing countries, especially African countries. The typical analysis of Mark Ray Ray university internationalization, some inspirations and references for the cooperation of higher education in developing countries, there are exchanges and cooperation between countries for higher education.
This study Yimakeleilei University as the research object, using literature method, interview method, factor analysis method, from the perspective of how to deal with separately from the concept of internationalization and international development status of two aspects of the internationalization. Through the analysis, the characteristics of Mark Ray Ray university internationalization is to improve the level of internationalization through cooperation, and highly regionalized rely on international development in the process.
The study found that the process of internationalization of the University of Mark Ray Ray in the twists and turns ahead, in the management idea, the flow of personnel, curriculum, cooperation and exchange have made remarkable achievements. Among them, the use of cooperation to improve the level of internationalization and the internationalization of regional integration to improve the Mark Ray Ray university internationalization features. However, Mark Ray Ray University in the international development also, there are insufficient funds, serious brain drain problem, these problems are also prevalent in developing countries.
Based on the above research, the concluding part has further thought on the three aspects of internationalization and localization, the way of international development and international cooperation.
