大學(xué)生人際交往能力的培養(yǎng)路徑研究

【摘要】:對(duì)于當(dāng)代大學(xué)生,他們?cè)谛W(xué)習(xí)生活中人際交往占有重要地位,而在他們將來(lái)離開校園、走向社會(huì)時(shí)交往也有著至關(guān)重要的作用。提升大學(xué)生的人際交往能力可以促進(jìn)大學(xué)生在校期間的全面發(fā)展,同時(shí)使大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后能更好的適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)生活,所以高校對(duì)大學(xué)生人際交往能力的培養(yǎng)至關(guān)重要。 本文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、比較研究法、調(diào)查問卷法和訪談法等方法進(jìn)行研究。筆者針對(duì)大學(xué)生人際交往的現(xiàn)狀,大學(xué)生人際交往的障礙和困惑,以及大學(xué)生人際交往中的情感體驗(yàn)等問題,在山西省八所高校抽取了部分學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,在馬克思主義社會(huì)關(guān)系理論的指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果的總結(jié)和深入比較分析,得出大學(xué)生人際交往能力存在的問題,包括人際交流范圍狹窄,人際表達(dá)理解能力不足和人際融合能力欠缺。針對(duì)大學(xué)生人際交往能力存在的問題,分析影響大學(xué)生人際交往能力的因素,即大學(xué)生個(gè)體主觀因素,以及由社會(huì)、家庭和學(xué)校等環(huán)境而產(chǎn)生的不可避免的客觀因素。 針對(duì)大學(xué)生人際交往能力的問題和差異,筆者提出學(xué)校要加強(qiáng)對(duì)大學(xué)生人際交往能力的培養(yǎng)。學(xué)校應(yīng)幫助大學(xué)生樹立以人為本的交往觀念,提高大學(xué)生自身素質(zhì),運(yùn)用互動(dòng)式教學(xué)模式,傳授人際交往基礎(chǔ)理論和技巧,在學(xué)科教學(xué)過(guò)程中培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的人際交往能力,并建設(shè)和諧的校園人際交往環(huán)境,提供團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)和個(gè)別心理咨詢服務(wù),拓寬大學(xué)生人際交往的實(shí)踐鍛煉平臺(tái)等,通過(guò)各種有效途徑來(lái)培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的人際交往能力。
[Abstract]:For contemporary college students, interpersonal communication plays an important role in their study and life at school, and when they leave the campus in the future, The promotion of college students' interpersonal communication ability can promote the overall development of college students while at the same time make college students better adapt to modern social life after graduation. So it is very important for college students to cultivate their interpersonal ability. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis, comparative research, questionnaire and interview, etc. The author aims at the present situation of college students' interpersonal communication, the obstacles and puzzles of college students' interpersonal communication, and so on. As well as the emotional experience of college students in interpersonal communication, selected some students in eight universities in Shanxi Province to conduct a questionnaire survey, under the guidance of Marxist theory of social relations, through the summary of the survey results and in-depth comparative analysis. The problems of college students' interpersonal communication ability, including the narrow range of interpersonal communication, the lack of understanding of interpersonal expression and the lack of interpersonal integration ability, are pointed out, and the existing problems of college students' interpersonal communication ability are pointed out. This paper analyzes the factors that affect college students' interpersonal ability, that is, the subjective factors of college students, and the inevitable objective factors arising from the social, family and school environments. In view of the problems and differences of college students' interpersonal communication ability, the author puts forward that the school should strengthen the cultivation of college students' interpersonal communication ability, and the school should help college students to set up the concept of people-oriented communication and improve their own quality. The interactive teaching model is used to teach the basic theory and skills of interpersonal communication, to cultivate the interpersonal ability of college students in the course of subject teaching, to build a harmonious campus interpersonal communication environment, to provide group counseling and individual psychological counseling services. Broaden the practical training platform of college students' interpersonal communication, and train their interpersonal communication ability through various effective ways.
