我國(guó)高校學(xué)科帶頭人的素質(zhì)及發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:學(xué)科帶頭人是我國(guó)高校一流師資隊(duì)伍中的核心和骨干,代表著高校教師隊(duì)伍中的最高水平,決定著高校教育質(zhì)量和學(xué)術(shù)水平的高低。學(xué)科帶頭人作為科研群體的領(lǐng)軍人物,他們的素質(zhì)不僅影響著帶頭人本身的科研成果,更影響著其所帶領(lǐng)的科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的科技成果。關(guān)于學(xué)科帶頭人的研究總體上來(lái)說(shuō)比較豐富,然而仍存在研究人員結(jié)構(gòu)單一,研究對(duì)象指向不明確,專門針對(duì)高校學(xué)科帶頭人素質(zhì)的研究比較少等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)以上不足,本研究采取文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較法,通過(guò)梳理研究人員對(duì)高校學(xué)科帶頭人素質(zhì)的研究,分析目前我國(guó)高校學(xué)科帶頭人應(yīng)該具備什么樣的素質(zhì),并以個(gè)別兩院院士為例,闡述我國(guó)高校學(xué)科帶頭人的素質(zhì)及其影響因素,同時(shí)分析諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)獲得者所具備的素質(zhì)及其影響因素。通過(guò)比較我國(guó)高校學(xué)科帶頭人與世界諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)獲得者的素質(zhì),發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)兩院院士與世界諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)得主同樣具有高尚的思想品德素質(zhì),良好的身心素質(zhì),杰出的專業(yè)研究能力,然而我國(guó)高校學(xué)科帶頭人所取得的創(chuàng)新性成果與世界水平仍有一定差距。究其原因,主要在于學(xué)術(shù)環(huán)境的差異。因而要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造良好的學(xué)術(shù)環(huán)境,發(fā)展高校學(xué)科帶頭人素質(zhì),以促進(jìn)高校學(xué)科帶頭人素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)和提高。
[Abstract]:Discipline leaders are the core and backbone of the first-class teaching staff in our country, representing the highest level of teachers in colleges and universities, and determining the quality of education and academic level of colleges and universities. Their quality affects not only the scientific research achievements of the leaders themselves, but also the scientific achievements of the scientific research teams they lead. The research on the subject leaders is relatively rich in general, but there is still a single structure of researchers. The object of this study is not clear, and there are few researches on the quality of academic leaders in colleges and universities. In view of the above deficiencies, this study adopts the method of literature research and comparison, and combs the research on the quality of academic leaders by researchers. This paper analyzes on the quality of academic leaders in colleges and universities in our country at present, and takes individual academicians of both houses as an example to expound the qualities and influencing factors of academic leaders in colleges and universities in China. At the same time, the quality of Nobel Prize winners and their influencing factors are analyzed. It is found that the academicians of our country and the world Nobel Prize winners have the same noble moral qualities, good physical and mental qualities, and outstanding professional research abilities. However, there is still a certain gap between the innovative achievements of the academic leaders in our country and the world level. The main reason lies in the difference of the academic environment. Therefore, it is necessary to create a good academic environment and develop the quality of the academic leaders in colleges and universities. In order to promote the cultivation and improvement of the quality of academic leaders in colleges and universities.
