【摘要】：本文以自主學(xué)習(xí)的理論為指導(dǎo),從學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、自主學(xué)習(xí)理論、學(xué)習(xí)策略的運(yùn)用和掌握、對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程的監(jiān)控、對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程和學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果的評(píng)價(jià)五個(gè)方面設(shè)計(jì)了幼師生鋼琴自主學(xué)習(xí)情況調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,對(duì)筆者工作的幼兒師范學(xué)校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)的學(xué)生,進(jìn)行了鋼琴自主學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與分析。筆者以四個(gè)平行班進(jìn)行鋼琴教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。其中兩個(gè)班級(jí)作為實(shí)驗(yàn)班,另外兩個(gè)班級(jí)作為對(duì)照班。在實(shí)驗(yàn)班的鋼琴教學(xué)中,運(yùn)用自主學(xué)習(xí)的理論為指導(dǎo)進(jìn)行鋼琴教學(xué),在對(duì)照班鋼琴教學(xué)中,仍然以傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方式進(jìn)行教學(xué)。通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究前后的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查分析和鋼琴考試成績(jī)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析證實(shí),在幼師的鋼琴課上運(yùn)用自主學(xué)習(xí)的理論指導(dǎo)鋼琴教學(xué)是有一定效果的:不僅可以增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí),使學(xué)生掌握了一些學(xué)習(xí)策略,在一定程度上也提高了幼師生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力及鋼琴?gòu)椬嗨健Ｕ撐淖詈髲挠讕熶撉俳虒W(xué)中教學(xué)理念、教學(xué)方式、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系三個(gè)方面提出具體的改革創(chuàng)新措施。通過(guò)本課題的研究,筆者希望,能在自主學(xué)習(xí)理論的指導(dǎo)下,為幼師鋼琴教學(xué)的改革創(chuàng)新注入新的理念,為幼師鋼琴教學(xué)一線的教師提供一些教學(xué)啟示,為幼師生鋼琴學(xué)習(xí)提供一些新的學(xué)習(xí)策略,同時(shí)也能對(duì)自己今后的鋼琴教學(xué)起到促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Guided by the theory of autonomous learning, this paper monitors the learning process from the perspective of learning motivation, autonomous learning theory, and the application and mastery of learning strategies. This paper designs a questionnaire on piano autonomous learning of kindergarten teachers from five aspects of learning process and learning results. The present situation of piano autonomous learning is investigated and analyzed. Four parallel classes are used in piano teaching experiment. Two classes are used as experimental classes and the other two classes as control classes. Under the guidance of the theory of autonomous learning, the piano teaching in the control class is still carried out in the traditional teaching mode. The questionnaire survey before and after the experimental study and the statistical analysis of the results of the piano examination are carried out. Using the theory of autonomous learning to guide piano teaching in the piano class of kindergarten teachers has certain effect: it can not only enhance students' consciousness of autonomous learning, but also make students master some learning strategies. To a certain extent, it also improves the students' autonomous learning ability and piano playing level. Through the research of this subject, the author hopes that under the guidance of autonomous learning theory, the author can inject new ideas into the reform and innovation of piano teaching in kindergarten teachers. It can provide some enlightenments for the teachers of piano teaching in kindergarten teachers and some new learning strategies for the students in kindergarten teachers' colleges. At the same time, it can also promote the piano teaching in the future.
