【摘要】：現(xiàn)代高校學(xué)生思想政治教育隊(duì)伍是開展高校學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的主體，是培育高校學(xué)生的引路人，也是保障高校工作正常有序開展的核心力量。如果要提高現(xiàn)代高校學(xué)生思想政治教育隊(duì)伍的工作效益，增強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生思想政治教育的實(shí)際效果，就必須加強(qiáng)對(duì)現(xiàn)代高校學(xué)生思想政治教育隊(duì)伍的管理，最大限度地調(diào)動(dòng)整支隊(duì)伍的積極性、創(chuàng)造性，全面提高整支隊(duì)伍的素質(zhì)水平。因此，研究現(xiàn)代高校學(xué)生思想政治教育隊(duì)伍管理具有重大的意義。本文以思想政治教育學(xué)和管理學(xué)為指導(dǎo)，以現(xiàn)代高校思想政治教育的新特點(diǎn)為切入點(diǎn)，闡述了現(xiàn)代高校學(xué)生思想政治教育隊(duì)伍管理的概況。通過調(diào)查訪問的形式對(duì)現(xiàn)代高校學(xué)生思想政治教育隊(duì)伍的結(jié)構(gòu)狀況、素質(zhì)狀況、管理模式狀況和工作條件狀況四個(gè)方面展開研究，總結(jié)出現(xiàn)代高校學(xué)生思想政治教育隊(duì)伍管理的現(xiàn)狀受社會(huì)宏觀環(huán)境、學(xué)校中觀環(huán)境、個(gè)人微觀環(huán)境和管理模式四個(gè)因素的影響。并探討了現(xiàn)代高校學(xué)生思想政治教育隊(duì)伍需要掌握的溝通藝術(shù)、管“人”藝術(shù)和激勵(lì)藝術(shù)三種有效藝術(shù)方式，進(jìn)而為現(xiàn)代高校學(xué)生思想政治教育隊(duì)伍管理尋找新的出路，即建立新型現(xiàn)代高校學(xué)生思想政治教育隊(duì)伍管理模式：從經(jīng)驗(yàn)型管理向規(guī)范型管理轉(zhuǎn)變、從分散型管理向集中型管理轉(zhuǎn)變、從事務(wù)型管理向素質(zhì)型管理轉(zhuǎn)變、從單一型管理向全員型管理轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education team of modern college students is the main body of the ideological and political education of college students, and the guide to cultivate the students in colleges and universities. It is also the core force to ensure the normal and orderly development of university work. If we want to improve the working efficiency of the ideological and political education team of modern college students, and enhance the practical effect of ideological and political education for college students, It is necessary to strengthen the management of the ideological and political education team of modern college students, to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the whole team to the maximum extent, and to improve the quality level of the whole team in an all-round way. It is of great significance to study the management of students' ideological and political education team in modern colleges and universities. Under the guidance of ideological and political education and management, this paper takes the new characteristics of ideological and political education in modern colleges as the breakthrough point. This paper expounds the general situation of the management of the students' ideological and political education team in modern colleges and universities, and through the form of investigation and interview, analyzes the structure and quality of the students' ideological and political education team in modern colleges and universities. This paper studies the management mode and working conditions in four aspects, and concludes that the present situation of the management of the ideological and political education team in modern colleges and universities is under the social macro environment and the school meso environment. The influence of four factors, personal micro-environment and management mode, on the communication art, the management of "human" art and the inspiring art of modern college students' ideological and political education team are discussed, and three effective artistic ways, which are the communication art, the "human" art and the incentive art, are discussed. And then find a new way out for the management of ideological and political education team of modern college students, that is, to establish a new management mode of ideological and political education team of modern college students: from experiential management to standard management. From decentralized management to centralized management, from transactional management to quality-oriented management, from single-type management to all-staff management.
