【摘要】：高校大學生的思想政治教育工作,歷來都受到黨和國家的高度重視。近年來,由于市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響,各種社會思潮的碰撞,網(wǎng)絡文化的沖擊等,高校思想政治教育的客觀環(huán)境發(fā)生復雜變化。而且,高校思想政治教育工作面臨的教育對象為“90”后大學生,他們思想行為具有鮮明的個性特點,樂于接受新事物,主動性和獨立意識比較強。這些因素使傳統(tǒng)的以理論灌輸為主的顯性思想政治教育方法功能弱化。 高校隱性思想政治教育方法是在新的教育環(huán)境挑戰(zhàn)下,借鑒西方發(fā)達國家經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合高校實際情況,應運而生的一種新的思想政治教育方法。高校隱性思想政治教育方法既是一種方法,也是一門藝術,是指在高等學校這樣特殊環(huán)境中,教育者隱藏思想政治教育目的,把思想政治教育內(nèi)容滲透到一定的教育情境和教育載體中,通過潛隱、熏陶、感染、引導的方式,使學生在無意識心理狀態(tài)下產(chǎn)生思想價值觀念、行為方式等非認知心理的改變的方式方法手段的綜合。高校隱性思想政治教育方法具有獨特的價值和意義,是貫徹中央精神的現(xiàn)實要求,是培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀人才的重要途徑,是解決思想政治教育現(xiàn)實問題的有效探索,是提高思想政治教育工作實效性的方法創(chuàng)新。 本文在前人理論基礎上,從系統(tǒng)論的角度出發(fā),首先介紹了高校隱性思想政治教育方法的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展,即理論朔源,其次闡述了其內(nèi)涵和特征,再次論述了其發(fā)生的作用機制(包括教育理念、依附載體、心理機制綜合作用、發(fā)揮獨特功能),這三部分是對高校隱性思想政治教育方法的理論探索,最后文章的著力點在于對高校隱性思想政治教育方法的實踐創(chuàng)新,主要從課程滲透、發(fā)揮教師的隱性教育力量、利用良好的校園文化熏陶、網(wǎng)絡的隱性育人、重視咨詢輔導工作五個方面詳細論述。
[Abstract]:University Students' Ideological and political education work, has always been highly valued by the party and the state. In recent years, due to the impact of the development of the market economy, the impact of all kinds of social thoughts, the impact of the Internet culture, the objective environment of Ideological and political education is undergoing complex changes. Moreover, facing the ideological and political education work for education after "90" college students, their thoughts and behavior has a distinct personality, willing to accept new things, initiative and strong sense of independence. These factors make the function to instill explicit theory of traditional ideological and political education is weakened.
The method of recessive University Ideological and political education in the new educational environment is a challenge, learn from the experience of western developed countries, combined with the actual situation, a new method of Ideological and political education came into being. Both methods of recessive University Ideological and political education method, but also an art, refers to such a special environment in the high school education. To hide the purpose of Ideological and political education, the penetration of the contents of Ideological and political education in the education situation and the education carrier, through the influence of latent infection, and to guide the way, enable students to have ideological values in the unconscious mental state, comprehensive behavior non cognitive psychology to change the way with means. The unique value and significance of Ideological and political education method in recessive, is a practical requirement to implement the central spirit, is the important way to cultivate talents of all-round development, is the solution The effective exploration of the practical problems of Ideological and political education is the method innovation to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.
In this paper, on the basis of previous theory, from the perspective of system theory, firstly introduces the origin and development process of recessive University Ideological and political education, which is the theory of Shuoyuan, then expounds its connotation and characteristics, again discusses the generation mechanism (including education philosophy, rely on the carrier, comprehensive function, psychological mechanism this unique function), the three part is to explore the method of recessive University Ideological and political education theory, this article focus on practical innovation methods of recessive University Ideological and political education, mainly from the curriculum, teachers play a recessive power of education, the good campus culture, implicit education network, pay attention to five in terms of counseling work in detail.
