【摘要】：最近幾年，學生社團在各高校中的數量迅速增加，學生社團的種類也越來越多樣化。隨著學生社團的發(fā)展，作為一股新興的力量，其在學校和學生中的影響力也不斷提高，現在已經發(fā)展成為大學生生活中十分重要的組成部分。目前，學生社團已經成為高等院校校園文化的重要組成部分。通過加入學生社團，，參加社團舉辦的活動及管理和建設社團，不但可以使學生的大學生活變得豐富多彩，還可以培養(yǎng)學生的人際交往能力，拓寬學生的視野和興趣愛好，更可以使即將步入社會的大學生門更好的適應社會提前做好準備。總之，學生社團的大范圍興起是有其廣泛的社會背景和學生需求的。 在層次分析法和模糊綜合評價方法的理論基礎上，采取閱讀國內外相關文獻及對理工類高校學生社團展開調研等研究手段，從而得出理工類高校學生社團的評價指標體系。在層次分析法和模糊綜合評價相結合的理論基礎上，建立了理工類高校學生社團綜合評價模型，為評價理工類高校學生社團發(fā)展現狀及提出改進措施提供了科學的理論依據。從而，改善理工類高校學生社團的發(fā)展現狀，使得大學學生社團更好的發(fā)揮其功能，如，培養(yǎng)學生的人際交往能力，拓寬學生的視野和興趣愛好等。 本文以華北電力大學的學生社團為例，通過研究，旨在研究理工類高校學生社團的發(fā)展現狀，并發(fā)現其中存在問題，最后提出合理建議。通過閱讀國內外相關文獻、開展實地調研和問卷調查活動，提出高校學生社團的評價指標體系。進而，在層次分析法和模糊綜合評價方法的理論基礎上，結合調查數據，對理工類高校學生社團的發(fā)展現狀進行綜合評價。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of student associations in colleges and universities has increased rapidly, and the types of student associations have become more and more diversified. With the development of student associations, as a new force, their influence in schools and students has been increasing. Now it has developed into a very important part of college students' lives. At present, student associations have become an important part of the campus culture of colleges and universities. Participating in the activities organized by the association and managing and building the community can not only enrich the university life of the students, but also cultivate the students' interpersonal skills and broaden their horizons and interests. It can make the college students who are about to step into the society better adapt to the society and prepare ahead of time. In a word, the rise of student associations has its extensive social background and students' needs. Based on the theory of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper adopts some research methods, such as reading relevant literature at home and abroad and investigating students' associations in universities of science and engineering, etc. On the basis of the theory of the combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the comprehensive evaluation model of the student associations in science and engineering colleges and universities is established. It provides a scientific theoretical basis for evaluating the current situation of the development of student associations in universities of science and engineering and puts forward some improvement measures. Thus, the development situation of student associations in science and engineering colleges is improved, and the university student associations can play their functions better, such as, Cultivate students' interpersonal skills and broaden their horizons and interests. This paper takes the student association of North China Electric Power University as an example, through the research, aims to study the present situation of the university student association of science and engineering, finds out the existing problems, and finally puts forward some reasonable suggestions, through reading the relevant literature at home and abroad, Through field investigation and questionnaire survey, this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of college student associations. Furthermore, on the basis of the theory of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the author combines the investigation data, A comprehensive evaluation of the current situation of the development of student associations in universities and colleges of science and technology is carried out.
