【摘要】：英國(guó)大學(xué)科研評(píng)估是全球科研評(píng)估的典范。2014年實(shí)施的科研卓越框架(REF)評(píng)估體系中新增了科研影響力評(píng)估模塊,更多地關(guān)注研究質(zhì)量以及科研對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的影響�？蒲杏绊懥υu(píng)估是英國(guó)科研評(píng)估制度改革的重要突破點(diǎn),也是英國(guó)謀求大學(xué)科研創(chuàng)新和卓越性的重要體現(xiàn)。英國(guó)大學(xué)科研影響力評(píng)估的評(píng)估方法、評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及評(píng)估過(guò)程表現(xiàn)出很多創(chuàng)新特征:謀求跨學(xué)科和協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的評(píng)估單元分類(lèi)設(shè)計(jì);基于"案例+模板"的同行評(píng)議方式;基于"深度"和"重要性"融合的評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn);評(píng)估與審核相結(jié)合的嚴(yán)密評(píng)估過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:The UK university research assessment is a model of global research assessment. In 2014, the Framework of Excellence in Scientific Research (REFF) evaluation system was added to assess the impact of scientific research. Pay more attention to the quality of research and the impact of scientific research on the economy and society. Evaluation of the impact of scientific research is an important breakthrough in the reform of the scientific research evaluation system in the United Kingdom. It is also an important embodiment of the UK's pursuit of innovation and excellence in university research. Evaluation criteria and evaluation process show many innovative features: classification design of assessment units seeking interdisciplinary and collaborative innovation; peer review based on "case template"; evaluation criteria based on "depth" and "importance" fusion; A rigorous assessment process that combines assessment with audit.
