【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的階段,知識經(jīng)濟(jì)、信息經(jīng)濟(jì)等新經(jīng)濟(jì)模式正在逐步的興起和發(fā)展。知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展必須以高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)為支柱,以智力資源為主要依托,離不開高等教育的支撐。高等教育要上規(guī)模、上水平,謀求大發(fā)展,也離不開經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支持。近年來,隨著我國高等教育的大眾化發(fā)展,招生數(shù)量不斷增加,學(xué)校規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,高等教育的產(chǎn)業(yè)化也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。目前許多地方正在建設(shè)或準(zhǔn)備建設(shè)大學(xué)城,在發(fā)展高等教育,培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀人才的同時(shí),給經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來許多商機(jī)。如何依托大學(xué)城的興建來推動(dòng)高等教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,是一個(gè)需要研究的重大課題。 本文運(yùn)用案例比較分析的辦法,通過資料搜集、整理并采取實(shí)地調(diào)查方式,分析了國內(nèi)外大學(xué)城的起源、建設(shè)管理模式以及自身特點(diǎn),總結(jié)提出我國大學(xué)城合理的建設(shè)發(fā)展管理模式,并針對唐山灣生態(tài)城科教城建設(shè)發(fā)展,提出了針對性的建議。大學(xué)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展必須充分依托城市資源整合發(fā)展、必須與城市的發(fā)展相結(jié)合,相互促進(jìn)、共同成長。唐山灣生態(tài)城科教城的建設(shè)發(fā)展,與城市發(fā)展緊密相結(jié)合、要結(jié)合本地實(shí)際,走出一條適合自己的健康發(fā)展道路。 本文共分為四個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章,對大學(xué)城的發(fā)展背景和研究目的意義進(jìn)行說明,概括了本文主要研究的內(nèi)容和方向及方法,提出文章寫作思路和框架。第二章,重點(diǎn)對國外大學(xué)城發(fā)起源發(fā)展和類型、特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合案例進(jìn)行分析。第三章,對我國大學(xué)城的發(fā)展歷程和所呈現(xiàn)出來的發(fā)展特征,闡述大學(xué)城在發(fā)展過程中所存在的主要問題。第四章,通過中外大學(xué)城建設(shè)管理的對比,對大學(xué)城發(fā)展的模式進(jìn)行了研究分析并結(jié)合自身工作得出啟示。最后為文章的結(jié)論部分,對整篇文章進(jìn)行了簡單的概括性總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, China's economic development has entered a new stage. The new economic models, such as knowledge economy and information economy, are rising and developing step by step. The development of knowledge economy must be based on high-tech industry. Relying mainly on intellectual resources, higher education can not be separated from the support of higher education. Higher education should be scaled, advanced, and supported by economic development. In recent years, with the popularization of higher education in our country, The number of students has been increasing, the scale of schools has been expanding, and the industrialization of higher education has emerged. At present, many places are building or preparing to build university towns, while developing higher education and training outstanding talents. How to promote the harmonious development of higher education and economic society based on the construction of university town is an important subject to be studied. By using the method of comparative case analysis, this paper analyzes the origin, construction management mode and its own characteristics of the university town at home and abroad by collecting, arranging and adopting the method of field investigation. This paper summarizes and puts forward the reasonable construction, development and management mode of university town in our country, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions for the construction and development of science and education city of Tangshan Bay ecological city. The construction and development of university must fully rely on the integrated development of urban resources. The construction and development of the science and education city of Tangshan Bay ecological city must be closely combined with the development of the city. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the development background and research purpose of the university town, summarizes the main research content, direction and methods, and puts forward the writing ideas and framework. Focusing on the origin, development, types and characteristics of the university towns abroad, and combining with the analysis of cases. Chapter three, the development process and the development characteristics of the university towns in China. This paper expounds the main problems existing in the process of the development of the university town. Chapter 4th, through the comparison of the construction and management of the university town between China and foreign countries, This paper studies and analyzes the mode of university town development and draws inspiration from its own work. In the last part of the article, the author makes a brief summary of the whole article.
