【摘要】：隨著人類社會(huì)的不斷向前發(fā)展，數(shù)字技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)被廣泛運(yùn)用，新的媒介形態(tài)不斷出現(xiàn)，各種媒介不斷走向融合之路。媒介融合對(duì)整個(gè)媒介生態(tài)產(chǎn)生了巨大的變革，原有的媒介形式各自突破邊界向外擴(kuò)展，傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中各領(lǐng)域不斷融合，形成內(nèi)容融合、終端融合甚至經(jīng)營(yíng)融合。 媒介融合的趨勢(shì)使對(duì)傳媒人才的素質(zhì)和能力發(fā)生了新變化，媒介融合要求新聞人才不再僅限于四大傳統(tǒng)媒體的采訪與寫作，而是應(yīng)該能力和素養(yǎng)聚焦融合媒體，成為知識(shí)背景多元、媒介技能多元、媒介素養(yǎng)多元的新人才。傳媒業(yè)界對(duì)人才的新要求，讓新聞教育面臨前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。我國(guó)新聞教育應(yīng)該重視業(yè)界新變化，以培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)媒介融合新趨勢(shì)的多元人才。獨(dú)立學(xué)院作為我國(guó)高等教育的重要分支，其新聞人才培養(yǎng)對(duì)于擴(kuò)充我國(guó)傳媒人才隊(duì)伍有著重要作用。在媒介融合的新形式下，，獨(dú)立學(xué)院應(yīng)該抓住這一時(shí)代契機(jī)，立足其辦學(xué)定位，探索符合時(shí)代需要的新聞人才培養(yǎng)。 本文著重探討媒介融合趨勢(shì)下我國(guó)獨(dú)立學(xué)院新聞人才培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題，在放眼媒介融合大環(huán)境和立足獨(dú)立學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)的具體實(shí)際下，提出我國(guó)獨(dú)立學(xué)院新聞人才培養(yǎng)的基本思路。通過(guò)分析我國(guó)獨(dú)立學(xué)院在新環(huán)境下人才培養(yǎng)出現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)與媒介環(huán)境脫節(jié)、課程體系缺乏融合性、缺乏跨媒體經(jīng)驗(yàn)的師資、媒體融合實(shí)踐平臺(tái)缺乏等問(wèn)題。在分析問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上解決問(wèn)題，提出在媒介融合環(huán)境下，我國(guó)獨(dú)立學(xué)院應(yīng)該通過(guò)明確人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、重構(gòu)合理的課程體系、優(yōu)化師資力量、完善實(shí)踐體系等方式，試圖為我國(guó)獨(dú)立學(xué)院提出適合當(dāng)前媒介融合下的人才培養(yǎng)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of human society, digital technology and network technology are widely used, new media forms are emerging, and various media continue to converge. Media convergence has brought great changes to the whole media ecology. The original media forms break through the boundary and expand outwards. The media industry chain merges in various fields to form content integration, terminal integration and even management integration. The trend of media convergence has brought new changes to the quality and ability of media talents. Media convergence requires that news talents should not only be limited to the interview and writing of the four traditional media, but should focus on the integration of media competence and literacy. As new talents with diverse knowledge backgrounds, diverse media skills and diverse media literacy, the new requirements for talents in the media industry make journalism education face unprecedented opportunities and challenges. China's journalism education should attach importance to the new changes in the field. As an important branch of higher education in China, the training of journalism talents plays an important role in the expansion of media talents in China. The independent college should seize the opportunity of the times, base on its orientation of running a school, and explore the training of journalists who meet the needs of the times. This paper focuses on the cultivation of journalism talents in independent colleges in China under the trend of media convergence. In the light of the environment of media integration and the actual situation of talent training in independent colleges, This paper puts forward the basic train of thought of the training of journalism talents in independent colleges of our country. By analyzing the disconnection between the training goal and the media environment in the new environment, the course system is short of integration and the teachers with cross-media experience are lacking. On the basis of analyzing the problems, the author puts forward that under the environment of media convergence, independent colleges in our country should make clear the goal of talent training, reconstruct a reasonable curriculum system, and optimize the teaching staff. In order to perfect the practice system, the author tries to put forward some countermeasures for the cultivation of talents suitable for the current media integration in China's independent colleges.
