【摘要】：受國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì)影響,近年來(lái)在新疆高校中的宗教滲透情況日漸嚴(yán)峻。大學(xué)生,特別是少數(shù)民族學(xué)生的信教比例急速增加。部分學(xué)生為從事宗教活動(dòng)做出逃課、逃學(xué)甚至退學(xué)等行為,個(gè)別人被“三股勢(shì)力”裹脅,成為宗教極端分子。其結(jié)果不僅危害大學(xué)生的身心健康,干擾高校的教學(xué)秩序,也對(duì)校園乃至全社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定造成嚴(yán)重威脅。由此可見(jiàn),在新疆高校中進(jìn)行反宗教滲透工作刻不容緩。有鑒及此,在梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)界對(duì)該問(wèn)題研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,本文首先對(duì)當(dāng)前宗教滲透及高校反宗教滲透工作的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行概述;接著分析當(dāng)前反宗教滲透工作的不足及其原因;最后有針對(duì)性地提出打擊三股勢(shì)力、健全防范機(jī)制、完善管理法規(guī)、發(fā)揮模范作用、提升科學(xué)素質(zhì)和堅(jiān)持文化引領(lǐng)六個(gè)對(duì)策,為提升高校抵御宗教滲透的能力,營(yíng)造良好的校園環(huán)境,以及培養(yǎng)合格的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者和可靠的接班人提供有力保障。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the situation at home and abroad, the situation of religious infiltration in Xinjiang universities has become increasingly serious in recent years. The proportion of college students, especially ethnic minority students, has increased rapidly. Some students have made truancy in order to engage in religious activities. As a result of acts such as truancy or even dropping out of school, individuals are threatened by the "three forces" and become religious extremists. As a result, they not only endanger the physical and mental health of college students, but also interfere with the teaching order in colleges and universities. It also poses a serious threat to the stability of the campus and the whole society. Thus, it can be seen that it is urgent to carry out anti-religious infiltration work in Xinjiang's colleges and universities. In view of this, on the basis of combing the research results of domestic and foreign academic circles on this issue, This paper first summarizes the current situation of religious infiltration and counter-religious infiltration in colleges and universities; then analyzes the shortcomings of the current anti-religious infiltration work and its causes; finally, puts forward targeted measures to crack down on the three forces and improve the preventive mechanism. Improve the management laws and regulations, play an exemplary role, improve the scientific quality and adhere to the six countermeasures of cultural guidance, in order to enhance the ability of colleges and universities to resist religious infiltration, create a good campus environment, And the cultivation of qualified socialist builders and reliable successors to provide adequate protection.
