大學生專業(yè)心理求助內(nèi)隱態(tài)度、外顯態(tài)度與社會支持關系研究

【摘要】:近些年,隨著社會經(jīng)濟突飛猛進的發(fā)展,人們的物質(zhì)水平雖然在不斷提高但與此同時也產(chǎn)生一系列心理問題,其中的原因就有是由于高校大學生的就業(yè)壓力不斷增加,大學生這個規(guī)模龐大、身份特殊的群體的心理健康狀況不容樂觀,其中社會支持是影響大學生心理健康的一個重要因素;心理求助是大學生向?qū)I(yè)的心理咨詢?nèi)藛T求助,解決心理困擾的專業(yè)途徑。而本文旨在通過研究大學生社會支持和心理求助態(tài)度的情況,以及兩者之間的關系,為高校心理教育工作者做好大學生的心理教育和輔導工作,促進大學生的心理健康提供一些啟示。 本研究分為兩部分,第一部分使用量表對463名大學生心理求助內(nèi)隱以及外顯的態(tài)度和社會支持度進行了探討,第二部分使用Qg隱聯(lián)想測考察大學生對心理求助Qg隱態(tài)度問題。最后獲得以下主要研究結(jié)果: 1大學生專業(yè)心理求助內(nèi)隱態(tài)度的三個維度內(nèi)隱情感、內(nèi)隱認知和內(nèi)隱行為的結(jié)論上在性別、年級及來源地有差異但在民族上無差異。 2大學生專業(yè)心理求助外顯態(tài)度上在性別、年級及來源地有差異但在民族上無差異,外顯態(tài)度的四個維度對心理咨詢師的信任度,自己態(tài)度的開放程度,對心理幫助需要的自我認知及對恥辱的忍受性都呈正相關。 3大學生專業(yè)心理求助的內(nèi)隱和外顯態(tài)度呈正相關是一致的。 4大學生社會支持度在性別、年級及來源地、民族上都有差異,不同性別上女生的支持度要高于男生,,來自城市的獲得的支持度要高于來自農(nóng)村的,蒙族的學生的支持度要高于漢族的,總體說來高年級的社會支持度要高于低年級的,社會支持度的三個維度客觀支持、主觀支持及支持的利用度相互間都呈正相關,相關度高,支持的利用度是影響心理求助態(tài)度的關鍵因素。 5大學生專業(yè)心理求助的內(nèi)隱和外顯態(tài)度及社會支持度都呈正相關,心理求助外顯態(tài)度與社會支持度相關高,越是社會支持度高的人越是會去進行心理求助。但是心理求助的內(nèi)隱態(tài)度與這會支持度雖有正相關但相關很低。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, people's material level is improving, but at the same time, it also produces a series of psychological problems. Among them, the reason is that the employment pressure of college students is increasing, and the psychological health of this large and special group of college students is not optimistic. Social support is an important factor affecting the mental health of college students. Psychological help is a professional way for college students to seek help from professional psychological counselors to solve psychological problems. This paper aims to study the social support and psychological seeking attitude of college students and the relationship between them. It can provide some enlightenment for the psychological education and counseling of college students and to promote the mental health of college students. This study is divided into two parts. The first part uses the questionnaire to explore the implicit, explicit attitude and social support of 463 college students. In the second part, QG implicit association test is used to investigate the implicit attitude of college students to psychological help. Finally, the following main results are obtained: (1) the three dimensions of implicit emotion, implicit cognition and implicit behavior of college students' professional psychological help-seeking attitude were different in sex, grade and origin, but no difference was found in nationality. 2There were differences in gender, grade and origin of professional psychological help seeking attitude of college students, but there was no difference in nationality. The four dimensions of explicit attitude to psychological counselors and the degree of openness of their own attitude. There was a positive correlation between self-perception of psychological help needs and tolerance of stigma. 3There was a positive correlation between implicit and explicit attitude of professional psychological help seeking among college students. 4 the degree of social support of college students is different in gender, grade, origin and nationality. The degree of support of girls is higher than that of boys, and the degree of support from cities is higher than that from rural areas. The degree of support of Mongolian students is higher than that of Han nationality, and the degree of social support of the higher grade is higher than that of the lower grade, and the objective support of the three dimensions of social support. Subjective support and the utilization of support are positively correlated with each other, and the utilization of support is the key factor affecting psychological help seeking attitude. (5) the implicit and explicit attitude and the degree of social support of college students' professional psychological help-seeking were positively correlated, and the explicit attitude of psychological help-seeking was highly correlated with the degree of social support. The higher the degree of social support, the more people will go to psychological help, but the implicit attitude of psychological help has a positive correlation with the degree of support, but the correlation is very low.
