【摘要】：人際關(guān)系是人與人之間的心理關(guān)系，是人們感情的依托，更是生活的重要支撐，因此，建立和諧的人際關(guān)系對人們來說無疑是至關(guān)重要的。我國傳統(tǒng)的和諧思想博大精深，其中以孔子為代表的儒家思想占據(jù)著重要的地位，包括仁愛、忠恕、禮讓、誠信、寬厚等。這些思想通常在人際交往的過程中得以體現(xiàn)，同時又是建立和諧人際關(guān)系所必不可少的條件。友文化是針對人際關(guān)系中的和諧理念而提出來的一個新概念，它在靜態(tài)上包含了儒家和諧思想的精髓，而動態(tài)上則倡導(dǎo)人們通過對和諧理念的把握與運用，，進(jìn)而建立起和諧的人際關(guān)系。 大學(xué)生是一個特殊的群體，他們處于身心發(fā)展的一個轉(zhuǎn)折期，又處于步入社會的一個過渡期。在這個關(guān)鍵時期，能否建立和諧的人際關(guān)系不僅關(guān)系到大學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)，更影響著大學(xué)生今后的事業(yè)與生活。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的人際關(guān)系從總體上看是樂觀的，但是受各方面的影響還是存在一些問題。一方面是大學(xué)生對傳統(tǒng)和諧人際思想的淡漠，包括思想認(rèn)識不足，感情重視不夠，意志培養(yǎng)不定，行為踐行不力等，突顯了大學(xué)生知、情、意、行環(huán)節(jié)的薄弱。另一方面是大學(xué)生人際交往過程中出現(xiàn)的三個不良傾向——利益化傾向、兩面化傾向和虛擬化傾向。導(dǎo)致這些問題出現(xiàn)的原因是多方面的，宏觀層面主要表現(xiàn)在人際信任危機(jī)、人際網(wǎng)絡(luò)危機(jī)、人際利益危機(jī)等；微觀層面則包括學(xué)校管理的力度不夠、家庭管教的方式不當(dāng)以及個體身心發(fā)展不成熟等方面的影響。文章的最后一部分針對大學(xué)生人際關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀及原因提出對策，把學(xué)校、家庭、社會三個方面的力量結(jié)合起來改善大學(xué)生的人際交往，是以外部條件為著眼點的策略；而更重要、更關(guān)鍵的則是要從大學(xué)生自身出發(fā)，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)人際交往的知識與理論、切實掌握人際交往的原則與理念、善于運用人際交往的方法與技巧，通過自身的努力來構(gòu)建和諧的人際關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal relationship is the psychological relationship between people, is the support of people's feelings, but also the important support of life, so. To establish harmonious interpersonal relationship is undoubtedly vital to people. The traditional harmonious thought of our country is broad and profound, in which Confucian thought represented by Confucius occupies an important position, including benevolence, loyalty and forgiveness, comity. Honesty, generosity, etc. These ideas are usually reflected in the process of interpersonal communication. At the same time, it is an indispensable condition for the establishment of harmonious interpersonal relationship. Friendship culture is a new concept for the concept of harmony in interpersonal relations, which contains the essence of Confucian harmonious thought in the static state. On the other hand, it advocates that people establish harmonious interpersonal relationship by grasping and applying the idea of harmony. College students are a special group, they are in a turning point of physical and mental development, but also in a transitional period into the society. Whether the harmonious interpersonal relationship can be established is not only related to the study of college students, but also affects the career and life of college students in the future. The interpersonal relationship of contemporary college students is optimistic from the overall point of view. However, there are still some problems under the influence of various aspects. On the one hand, college students are indifferent to the traditional harmonious interpersonal thoughts, including inadequate ideological understanding, inadequate emotional attention, indefinite cultivation of will, weak practice of behavior and so on. It highlights the weakness of college students' knowledge, affection, intention and behavior. On the other hand, there are three negative tendencies in the process of college students' interpersonal communication, that is, the tendency of interest. The causes of these problems are various, including interpersonal trust crisis, interpersonal network crisis, interpersonal interest crisis and so on. At the micro level, school management is not enough. The last part of the article puts forward the countermeasures for the present situation and reasons of college students' interpersonal relationship, and puts forward the school, family and other aspects of the influence of improper ways of family discipline and individual physical and mental development. The combination of the three aspects of society to improve the interpersonal communication of college students is a strategy based on external conditions. What is more important and crucial is to study the knowledge and theory of interpersonal communication from college students, to grasp the principles and concepts of interpersonal communication, and to be good at using the methods and techniques of interpersonal communication. Through their own efforts to build a harmonious interpersonal relationship.
