【摘要】：大學(xué)生黨性問題是重要的研究課題,是黨性研究的重要組成部分,同時(shí)也是高校思想政治教育研究的重要組成部分。大學(xué)生黨性問題研究可以促進(jìn)黨的理論發(fā)展,尤其是基層黨組織建設(shè)的理論與方法,也有助于探索高校思想政治教育的一般規(guī)律,提升高校思想政治教育的理論和方法。 大學(xué)生黨性問題研究也是基于現(xiàn)實(shí)的需求。在現(xiàn)實(shí)中,大學(xué)生黨性確實(shí)存在著問題,影響著黨和國家的前途、命運(yùn)。隨著新一代的不斷成長,隨著世界格局的不斷變化,隨著信息時(shí)代的不斷沖擊,大學(xué)生黨性出現(xiàn)了新的問題、新的需求,需要新的、發(fā)展性的對策。 大學(xué)生黨性問題研究是以大學(xué)生黨員為主體和對象,主要以大學(xué)生黨性的含義和特征、現(xiàn)狀與問題、存在問題歸因分析和增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生黨性的有效對策為研究內(nèi)容。本文在細(xì)致梳理以往研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了更加深入和全面的探索。本文首先把研究涉及的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了深化界定,尤其是深入解析了大學(xué)生黨性的含義和特征；其次,對大學(xué)身黨性的現(xiàn)狀和問題進(jìn)行了全面分析,特別是根據(jù)對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的整理和分析,比較客觀地指出了現(xiàn)實(shí)中亟需解決的問題；再次,針對大學(xué)生黨性存在的問題,從個(gè)人、學(xué)校、社會和黨自身四個(gè)層面進(jìn)行了客觀地歸因研究；最后,本文著重探究了增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生黨性的有效對策,從凈化入黨動機(jī)、重視黨性教育、豐富教育內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新教育模式、優(yōu)化社會環(huán)境、提高黨的自身建設(shè)和完善教育制度這七個(gè)方面展開了系統(tǒng)性研究,提出了貼近實(shí)際的長效機(jī)制。 大學(xué)生黨性問題研究的最終目標(biāo)是提出解決的方法和措施,根本目的在于解決問題,探索增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生黨性的長效機(jī)制,不斷提高大學(xué)生黨員自身黨性修養(yǎng),從而保證黨的先進(jìn)性,提高黨的執(zhí)政能力。本文在以往研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上試圖有所創(chuàng)新。一是對以往研究中基本沒有涉及的環(huán)節(jié),如大學(xué)生黨性評估研究等,本文著力于理論的突破和創(chuàng)新,實(shí)現(xiàn)了研究內(nèi)容和方向上的開拓；二是對比較薄弱的環(huán)節(jié),如大學(xué)生黨性內(nèi)涵和特征、存在問題歸因分析和大學(xué)生黨性教育的原則等,本文著重進(jìn)行了深入的分析探索,取得了新的研究成果；三是對其它研究比較完善的方面,本文則重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了全面性的梳理,以增強(qiáng)其參考性。
[Abstract]:Party spirit of college students is an important research topic and an important part of party spirit research. At the same time, it is also an important part of the study of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The study of the party character of college students can promote the theoretical development of the party, especially the theory and method of the party organization construction at the grass-roots level. It also helps to explore the general law of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to promote the theory and method of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The research on the party spirit of college students is also based on the needs of reality. In reality, the party spirit of college students does exist problems, which affect the future and destiny of the party and the country. With the continuous growth of the new generation. With the constant change of the world pattern and the constant impact of the information age, the party spirit of college students has appeared new problems, new demands, and needs new, developmental countermeasures. The research on the party spirit of college students is based on the main body and object of the party members of college students, mainly on the meaning and characteristics of the party spirit of college students, the present situation and the problems. The existing problem attribution analysis and the effective countermeasures to enhance the party spirit of college students are the contents of the research. Firstly, this paper defines the relevant concepts involved in the research, especially deeply analyzes the meaning and characteristics of the party spirit of college students; Secondly, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and problems of the party spirit in universities, especially on the basis of the collation and analysis of the survey data, and points out objectively the problems that need to be solved in reality. Thirdly, aiming at the problems existing in the Party spirit of college students, this paper makes an objective attribution study from four aspects: individual, school, society and the Party itself. Finally, this paper focuses on exploring the effective countermeasures to enhance the party spirit of college students, from purifying the motivation of joining the party, paying attention to the party spirit education, enriching the education content, innovating the education mode and optimizing the social environment. The seven aspects of improving the Party's own construction and perfecting the educational system are systematically studied, and a long-term mechanism close to reality is put forward. The ultimate goal of the research on the party spirit of college students is to put forward the methods and measures to solve the problems, to explore the long-term mechanism to enhance the party spirit of college students, and to continuously improve the self-cultivation of the party spirit of the party members of college students. In order to ensure the advanced nature of the party, improve the ruling ability of the party. This paper tries to innovate on the basis of the previous research results. First, there are some links that have not been involved in the previous research, such as the evaluation of the party spirit of college students and so on. This paper focuses on the breakthrough and innovation of the theory, and realizes the exploration of the research content and direction. The second is the relatively weak links, such as the connotation and characteristics of college students' party spirit, the analysis of the attribution of existing problems and the principles of the party spirit education of college students, etc., this article has carried on the thorough analysis and exploration emphatically, has obtained the new research result; The third is to improve the other aspects of research, this paper focuses on a comprehensive combing to enhance its reference.
