【摘要】：建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家,創(chuàng)新型人才是關(guān)鍵。高等教育肩負(fù)著培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的重任,注重學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力及創(chuàng)新思維的培養(yǎng)已達(dá)成共識。創(chuàng)新方法是創(chuàng)新思維的鑰匙,系統(tǒng)化的創(chuàng)新方法學(xué)TRIZ理論因其可操作性和實效性得到了大力推廣和應(yīng)用。文章介紹了國內(nèi)外高校TRIZ課程的開設(shè)情況;闡明了東北林業(yè)大學(xué)TRIZ理論教育及計算機(jī)輔助創(chuàng)新公共服務(wù)平臺建設(shè)的情況以及推廣TRIZ理論的實踐成果;對高校TRIZ理論教學(xué)的教學(xué)組織形式、教學(xué)內(nèi)容的選取以及課程考核方式上的創(chuàng)新性提出了建議,并對基于TRIZ理論的高校創(chuàng)新教育策略進(jìn)行了研究,指出:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視是關(guān)鍵,學(xué)科交叉型的師資隊伍是根本,有效的激勵政策是導(dǎo)向,各級部門的協(xié)作是保障。
[Abstract]:To build an innovative country, innovative talents are the key. Higher education shoulders the important task of cultivating innovative talents, and it has reached a consensus to pay attention to the cultivation of students' innovative ability and innovative thinking. Innovative methods are the key to innovative thinking. The systematic and innovative methodology TRIZ theory has been popularized and applied greatly because of its maneuverability and effectiveness. This paper introduces the opening of TRIZ course in colleges and universities at home and abroad. This paper expounds the construction of TRIZ theory education and computer aided innovation public service platform in Northeast Forestry University and the practical results of popularizing TRIZ theory. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the form of teaching organization, the selection of teaching contents and the innovation of curriculum assessment in TRIZ theory teaching in colleges and universities, and studies the innovative education strategies of colleges and universities based on TRIZ theory. It is pointed out that leadership is the key, interdisciplinary teaching staff is the fundamental, effective incentive policy is the direction, and the cooperation of all levels of departments is the guarantee.
