【摘要】:我國加入WT0以后,可持續(xù)農(nóng)業(yè)、食品安全生產(chǎn),植物檢疫、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易、生物技術(shù)等高新科技領(lǐng)域,以及我國社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展都迫切需要植物保護方面的人才。目前,食品安全已經(jīng)成為社會關(guān)注的熱點,加速了社會對植物保護專業(yè)人才的需求。面對這些需求,植物保護專業(yè)學生能力與社會對植物保護專業(yè)人才需求之間的矛盾更加明顯,學生實踐技能缺失等問題更為凸顯。為此,國家教育主管職能部門及高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校進行子深入反思,提倡重視植物保護專業(yè)實踐教學,提高植物保護專業(yè)學生實踐技能。校外實習作為實踐教學的主要形式,具有提高學生實踐技能的主要責任。但在農(nóng)業(yè)院校植物保護專業(yè)校外實習開展中,校外實習僅作為一個教學環(huán)節(jié)進行開展,缺乏系統(tǒng)性,效果不明顯。因此,站在統(tǒng)籌社會需求及植物保護專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的高度,提升校外實習對學生實踐技能提高的作用,是農(nóng)業(yè)院校教學改革的一項重要任務(wù)。 農(nóng)業(yè)院校植物保護專業(yè)校外實習是一項多群體參與的復雜系統(tǒng)工程,主要涉及政府、學校、實習單位、社會組織等要素。由于各要素之間錯綜復雜關(guān)系,容易產(chǎn)生矛盾,因此構(gòu)建校外實習體系,協(xié)調(diào)各要素之間的關(guān)系,整合體系資源,對保證校外實習的質(zhì)量具有重要意義。目前,雖然我國農(nóng)業(yè)院校植物保護專業(yè)校外實習體系建設(shè)已取得不少成績,但其體系對校外實習開展中的推動及規(guī)范作用不夠明顯。本研究通過對中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學、華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學、西北農(nóng)林科技大學、山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學、湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學及河南農(nóng)業(yè)大學六所農(nóng)業(yè)院校植物保護專業(yè)校外實習體系建設(shè)情況進行實地的調(diào)查研究,分析了這些農(nóng)業(yè)院校植物保護專業(yè)校外實習體系建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了體系建設(shè)取得的成績及存在的問題,剖析了問題形成的原因。在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了以校外實習目標體系為核心,校外實習內(nèi)容體系為支撐,校外實習管理體系為監(jiān)管,校外實習條件體系為依托的完善、規(guī)范、有效的農(nóng)業(yè)院校植物保護專業(yè)校外實習體系。另外,還從完整目標體系建設(shè)、優(yōu)化內(nèi)容體系建設(shè)、完善管理體系建設(shè)、健全條件體系建設(shè)、加強體系整體優(yōu)化等方面對農(nóng)業(yè)院校植物保護專業(yè)校外實習體系建設(shè)提出具體建設(shè)對策。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WT0, sustainable agriculture, food safety production, plant quarantine, agricultural products trade, biotechnology and other high-tech fields. As well as the construction of new socialist countryside in China, the development of modern agriculture is in urgent need of plant protection personnel. At present, food safety has become a hot spot of social concern. Accelerate the social demand for plant protection professionals. In the face of these needs, the contradiction between the ability of plant protection students and the social demand for plant protection professionals is more obvious. The lack of practical skills of students is more prominent. For this reason, the functional departments of national education and higher agricultural colleges carry out in-depth reflection and promote the importance of plant protection professional practice teaching. As the main form of practical teaching, it has the main responsibility to improve students' practical skills, but in the field of plant protection practice in agricultural colleges. Practice outside school is only carried out as a teaching link, lack of systematic, the effect is not obvious. Therefore, stand in the overall social needs and plant protection professionals training height. It is an important task to improve the practical skills of agricultural colleges and universities. Extracurricular practice of plant protection major in agricultural colleges is a complex system engineering with multi-group participation, which mainly involves government, school, internship unit, social organization and so on. It is easy to produce contradictions, so it is of great significance to construct an outside practice system, to coordinate the relationship between various elements and to integrate system resources to ensure the quality of outside practice. Although the construction of plant protection outside school practice system of agricultural colleges in China has made a lot of achievements, but its system in the development of practice outside the promotion and regulation of the role is not obvious. This study through the China Agricultural University. Huazhong Agricultural University, Northwest University of Agriculture and Forestry Science and Technology, Shandong Agricultural University, Hunan Agricultural University and Henan Agricultural University of six agricultural colleges plant protection outside the practice system for field investigation and research. This paper analyzes the present situation of the practice system construction of plant protection major in these agricultural colleges, summarizes the achievements and problems in the construction of the system, and analyzes the reasons for the formation of the problem. On the basis of the above research. The construction of the external practice system as the core, the content system of outside practice as the support, the outside practice management system as the supervision, the outside practice conditions system as the backing of the perfect, standardized. In addition, from the complete target system construction, optimize the content system construction, perfect management system construction, perfect condition system construction. To strengthen the overall optimization of the system and put forward concrete construction countermeasures for the construction of plant protection outside school practice system in agricultural colleges and universities.
