【摘要】：長期以來，受傳統(tǒng)、封閉、陳舊的高等教育的影響，我國的高校德育工作忽視了對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)造性的培養(yǎng)，嚴(yán)重阻礙了大學(xué)生個(gè)性的和諧發(fā)展。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,隨著人類社會的進(jìn)步，整個(gè)世界發(fā)生著巨大的變化，政治多極化、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、文化多元化等等，直接沖擊著我國高校德育工作，使大學(xué)生的思想變得日益復(fù)雜，學(xué)生的個(gè)性化發(fā)展趨向越來越強(qiáng)烈，個(gè)性化發(fā)展已成為當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我實(shí)現(xiàn)的基本要求。當(dāng)前，我黨提出的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的核心就是以人為本，具體到高校管理中，就是在德育的過程中堅(jiān)持以學(xué)生為本，使大學(xué)生個(gè)性化得以更好的發(fā)揮發(fā)展。由此可見，大學(xué)生個(gè)性特征越來越受到重視，個(gè)性化發(fā)展逐漸成為高校德育思想的重要內(nèi)容，這也是新形勢下全面貫徹黨的教育方針的重要舉措。作為高校德育工作者要與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，認(rèn)真研究思考如何更好地適應(yīng)當(dāng)前國際國內(nèi)形勢的新變化，了解當(dāng)前高校德育工作存在的缺陷與弊端，研究當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的個(gè)性特征，采取有效措施加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生個(gè)性化發(fā)展。 本文運(yùn)用哲學(xué)、教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)等多學(xué)科交叉的理論和方法，系統(tǒng)研究德育視域下大學(xué)生個(gè)性化發(fā)展的理論與實(shí)踐問題，旨在拋磚引玉，推動教育思想和教育觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變與更新，把大學(xué)生個(gè)性化發(fā)展納入高校德育的視域，使高校培養(yǎng)出更具主體性、創(chuàng)造性、有獨(dú)立人格、全面發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新人才。本文著眼于理論與實(shí)際問題的結(jié)合,主要從以下幾個(gè)部分進(jìn)行論述。 第一部分是對德育視域下大學(xué)生個(gè)性化的理論闡釋。就大學(xué)生個(gè)性化而言，主要指大學(xué)生個(gè)體身上經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)地、穩(wěn)定地表現(xiàn)出來的心理特征及精神面貌。個(gè)性化具有穩(wěn)定性、差異性、可塑性、整體性等特征�？偨Y(jié)了大學(xué)生個(gè)性化的作用，個(gè)性化有利于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的獨(dú)立人格、有利于培養(yǎng)人的主動精神、創(chuàng)造能力、個(gè)性化才能等等。高校培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生個(gè)性化不僅符合高等教育改革的要求，而且有利于大學(xué)生的個(gè)性充分、自由、和諧的發(fā)展，，使大學(xué)生成為全面發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新人才。 第二部分，論述了大學(xué)生個(gè)性化培養(yǎng)的依據(jù)。著重從哲學(xué)、教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)等學(xué)科角度闡述了大學(xué)生個(gè)性化培養(yǎng)的學(xué)理依據(jù)；從符合時(shí)代、社會、個(gè)人發(fā)展的需要論述了大學(xué)生個(gè)性化培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。這為本文的深入研究提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。目前我們正處于知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代，處于社會轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期，高等院校德育要響應(yīng)黨提出的建設(shè)和諧社會的號召，堅(jiān)持以人為本，培養(yǎng)具有創(chuàng)新意識、創(chuàng)造能力、綜合素質(zhì)高的人才，促進(jìn)大學(xué)生個(gè)性的自由全面發(fā)展。 第三部分，當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生個(gè)性化培養(yǎng)面臨的問題及其成因。當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生個(gè)性化培養(yǎng)存在的問題主要有以下幾點(diǎn)：不能正確理解個(gè)性化發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵，德育內(nèi)容過于政治化、方式單調(diào)、觀念不能與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、過于關(guān)注集體教育等。并認(rèn)為產(chǎn)生這些問題主要是受到德育內(nèi)容體系尚不完善,傳統(tǒng)的整體主義觀念，評價(jià)機(jī)制機(jī)械單一，德育方法和手段陳舊單一的影響。 第四部分，高校德育加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生個(gè)性化發(fā)展的實(shí)施策略，這部分內(nèi)容是本文的重點(diǎn)。適應(yīng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生個(gè)性化發(fā)展的要求，在實(shí)施策略上，要堅(jiān)持個(gè)性化發(fā)展的教育觀念和以人為本的原則，尊重個(gè)體的差異，堅(jiān)持發(fā)展個(gè)性化的德育理念和以學(xué)生為本的理念。創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生個(gè)性化發(fā)展的德育內(nèi)容，與時(shí)俱進(jìn)地實(shí)行德育內(nèi)容改革；不斷提高大學(xué)生德育的針對性和實(shí)效性；借鑒國外經(jīng)驗(yàn)，不斷總結(jié)出具有中國特色的培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生個(gè)性化的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。建立健全個(gè)性化發(fā)展的德育評價(jià)機(jī)制，確立以學(xué)生為本的德育評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，創(chuàng)新個(gè)性化發(fā)展的德育評價(jià)方法。積極探索適合個(gè)性化發(fā)展的德育方法，不斷豐富大學(xué)生德育載體，充分發(fā)揮好個(gè)性化德育的優(yōu)勢。 注重大學(xué)生個(gè)性化培養(yǎng)已納入高校德育的視域。作為高校德育工作者,要多方面地創(chuàng)造條件陶冶學(xué)生的性情,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生獨(dú)立創(chuàng)造的精神和獨(dú)立人格，完善學(xué)生的德性，從而把當(dāng)代大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成身心和諧發(fā)展的新世紀(jì)合格人才。
[Abstract]:With the progress of human society , the development of college moral education has become more and more complicated , the individual development of students is becoming more and more complex , and the individual development has become the basic requirement of college students ' self - realization . This paper studies the theory and practice of college students ' individual development under the view of moral education by using the theories and methods of philosophy , pedagogy , psychology and so on . The aim of this paper is to study the theoretical and practical problems of college students ' individual development under the view of moral education . The first part is the theoretical explanation of the personality of college students under the visual field of moral education . In the second part , the basis of college students ' individualized training is discussed . The practical basis of individual cultivation of college students is discussed from the angle of philosophy , pedagogy , psychology and so on . In the third part , the problems and causes of individual cultivation of college students in colleges and universities are faced with the following points : the connotation of individual development cannot be correctly understood , the content of moral education is too politicalized , the mode is monotonous , the idea can ' t keep pace with the times , too much attention is paid to collective education , etc . And it is believed that these problems are mainly influenced by the imperfection of the content system of moral education , the traditional idea of the whole doctrine , the mechanical single of the evaluation mechanism , the method and means of moral education . In the fourth part , the college moral education strengthens the implementation strategy of the individual development of college students . This part is the focus of this article . In the implementation strategy , we should adhere to the education idea and the people - oriented principle of the individual development , respect the individual differences , stick to the development of the individualized moral education idea and the student - centered education idea . To build and perfect the moral education evaluation mechanism of the individual development , to establish the moral education evaluation method which is suitable for the individual development , to enrich the moral education carrier of the college students , and give full play to the advantages of the personalized moral education . It is necessary to cultivate students ' sexual feelings in many ways , cultivate students ' independent creative spirit and independent personality , and improve the students ' virtue , so as to train the contemporary college students into the new century qualified personnel with harmonious development .
