【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨新民主主義革命時(shí)期高等法律教育開端于延安時(shí)期,始于邊區(qū)行政學(xué)院,完善于延安大學(xué),主要由這兩所學(xué)校承擔(dān)。這是中國共產(chǎn)黨在抗日民主根據(jù)地實(shí)施新民主主義憲政和延安干部高等教育逐步形成向正規(guī)化和專門化方向發(fā)展趨勢的結(jié)果,具有從主要以培養(yǎng)專門的法律學(xué)者為主到只培養(yǎng)司法工作干部的發(fā)展特征,而西北政法大學(xué)是中國共產(chǎn)黨延安時(shí)期法律高等教育的直接延續(xù)。
[Abstract]:The higher legal education of the Communist Party of China in the period of New Democratic Revolution began in Yan'an period, started from the Administrative College of Border region, and was perfected in Yan'an University. This is the result of the Communist Party of China implementing the new democratic constitutionalism in the anti-Japanese democratic base area and the higher education of cadres in Yan'an gradually forming a trend towards formalization and specialization. It has the characteristics of developing from mainly training specialized legal scholars to only training judicial cadres, and Northwest University of political Science and Law is a direct continuation of the higher legal education in Yan'an period of the Communist Party of China.
