【摘要】：隨著教育改革的發(fā)展與深入，高等學(xué)校逐步建立起一套比較完善的幫困助學(xué)體系，這些體系對高校和社會的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展起到了很大的作用。中共中央、國務(wù)院《關(guān)于進一步加強和改進大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見》中指出，勤工助學(xué)不僅是解決貧困生生活困難的一種有效辦法，而且在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實際能力和增強綜合素質(zhì)等方面也起著不可忽視的作用。新時期高校的勤工助學(xué)工作作為學(xué)校工作的一部分，筆者認(rèn)為必須把資助功能和育人功能結(jié)合起來。即通過勤工助學(xué)工作，幫助高校大學(xué)生自立自強，實現(xiàn)自身的全面發(fā)展。 本文從勤工助學(xué)的一般概念出發(fā)，探討勤工助學(xué)的內(nèi)涵和價值，從古至今，由國內(nèi)到國外進行歷史的和邏輯的梳理，目的在于總結(jié)勤工助學(xué)的基本含義。通過分析時代背景和必要性為基礎(chǔ)，重點研究勤工助學(xué)的育人功能和價值，并得出勤工助學(xué)在高校育人和大學(xué)生成長過程中有著十分重要的意義的結(jié)論。通過對我國當(dāng)前勤工助學(xué)及勤工助學(xué)育人現(xiàn)狀進行全面的分析，，總結(jié)出當(dāng)前存在的問題，并對問題產(chǎn)生的原因進行了深入的剖析。最后，根據(jù)2010年-2020年《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》：“教育要為人民服務(wù)，要與生產(chǎn)勞動和社會實踐相結(jié)合，培養(yǎng)德智體美全面發(fā)展的社會主義建設(shè)者和接班人”的要求。闡述了解決問題的方法和措施，文章對解決問題的可能性進行了分析，并從理念層面和實踐層面提出了解決方案，文章提出轉(zhuǎn)變認(rèn)識觀念、合理分配資源、完善運行機制、擴充渠道建設(shè)、提升科學(xué)水平是解決當(dāng)前問題的主要途徑和方法。
[Abstract]:With the development and deepening of educational reform, colleges and universities have gradually set up a set of relatively perfect system of helping needy students. These systems have played a great role in the steady development of universities and society. The State Council's opinions on further strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students point out that part-time study is not only an effective way to solve the living difficulties of poor students. Moreover, it also plays an important role in cultivating students' practical ability and enhancing their comprehensive quality. In the new era, the work of part-time work in colleges and universities is a part of the work of the school. The author thinks that it is necessary to combine the function of subsidization with the function of educating people, that is to say, through the work of part-time study, we can help college students to be self-supporting and self-strong, and realize their all-round development. Starting from the general concept of part-time work study, this paper probes into the connotation and value of part-time work study, and from ancient to present, from home to abroad, from home to abroad to carry on historical and logical combing. The purpose is to summarize the basic meaning of part-time work study. Based on the analysis of the background and necessity of the times, this paper focuses on the educational function and value of part-time work study. And draw the conclusion that part-time work education has very important significance in the process of university education and the growth of college students. Through the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of work-study and work-study education in our country. Summed up the current problems, and the causes of the problem in-depth analysis. Finally. According to the outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan from 2010 to 2020: "Education should serve the people and should be combined with productive labor and social practice." The paper expounds the methods and measures to solve the problem, and analyzes the possibility of solving the problem. And from the concept level and the practical level put forward the solution, the article proposed to change the concept of understanding, reasonable allocation of resources, improve the operational mechanism, expand the channel construction. Raising the scientific level is the main way and method to solve the current problems.
