【摘要】：針對(duì)當(dāng)今高校學(xué)生教育管理評(píng)價(jià)工作缺乏規(guī)范性和科學(xué)性的問題,本文以《國家中長期教育改革與發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》為政策指引,堅(jiān)持以人為本,以全面提高大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)為目標(biāo),分析了高校學(xué)生教育管理評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,通過對(duì)當(dāng)前高校的學(xué)生教育管理評(píng)價(jià)理論的深入研究,采用多因素分析法(MFA)來充分選擇與學(xué)生教育管理評(píng)價(jià)相關(guān)的因素分析,提出了解決方案。基于MFA的高等學(xué)校學(xué)生教育管理評(píng)價(jià)及應(yīng)對(duì)策略研究,建立了評(píng)價(jià)因素指標(biāo)集和多因素、關(guān)聯(lián)因素相結(jié)合的綜合評(píng)價(jià)分析模型,利用MVC模式設(shè)計(jì)、AJAX、ASP.NET等技術(shù),以BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與模糊綜合評(píng)判為手段,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了學(xué)生教育管理評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,得出高校重智育、輕德育,重成績、輕能力,重就業(yè)率、輕個(gè)性發(fā)展等現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,大學(xué)生理想信念缺失,大學(xué)生教育管理評(píng)價(jià)體系普遍缺乏時(shí)代性和科學(xué)性等等,指出了現(xiàn)階段高校學(xué)生教育管理中所存在的一些問題。針對(duì)于高校學(xué)生教育管理中的問題,提出了基于多因素分析的應(yīng)對(duì)策略,要轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,深化教育改革,創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生教育管理方式,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生自我教育和自我評(píng)價(jià)工作,進(jìn)一步完善高校學(xué)生管理評(píng)價(jià)體系,為學(xué)校的學(xué)生教育管理評(píng)價(jià)工作的開展提供了一個(gè)嶄新的系統(tǒng)方法論。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of standardization and scientific nature in the evaluation of college students' education management, this paper takes the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020 as the policy guide. With the goal of improving the comprehensive quality of college students, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the evaluation of college students' education management, and through the in-depth study of the evaluation theory of the students' education management in colleges and universities. The multivariate analysis method is used to select the factors related to the evaluation of student education management, and the solution is put forward. The evaluation of college students' education management and the research of coping strategies based on MFA are put forward. The comprehensive evaluation and analysis model of the index set of evaluation factors and the combination of multiple factors and related factors is established, and the technology of Ajax ASP. Net is designed by using MVC pattern. By means of BP neural network and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the evaluation system of student education management is designed and developed, and the evaluation results are analyzed. It is concluded that colleges and universities attach importance to intellectual education, not to moral education, to achievement, and to ability. The phenomenon of attaching importance to the employment rate and neglecting the development of personality is serious, the ideal and belief of college students are lacking, and the evaluation system of college students' education management is generally lack of epochal and scientific nature and so on. This paper points out some problems existing in the management of college students' education at the present stage. Aiming at the problems in the management of college students' education, this paper puts forward some countermeasures based on multi-factor analysis to change the concept of education. We should deepen educational reform, innovate the way of college students' education management, strengthen the work of self-education and self-evaluation of college students, and further improve the evaluation system of college students' management. It provides a new systematic methodology for the evaluation of students' education management.
