【摘要】:高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作把企業(yè)對(duì)知識(shí)的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用能力和學(xué)研機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)知識(shí)的創(chuàng)新能力加以整合,推動(dòng)知識(shí)創(chuàng)新與市場(chǎng)融合、加快科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。而我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型期,國(guó)內(nèi)外環(huán)境變幻莫測(cè),不確性環(huán)境會(huì)阻礙產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新水平的提升,延緩經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)性發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。為此,研究如何培育和增強(qiáng)高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作主體動(dòng)態(tài)能力建設(shè),有效抵御環(huán)境變化帶來(lái)的威脅,提升高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作績(jī)效具有重要的價(jià)值。 首先,論文對(duì)高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作績(jī)效、產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作中知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移和知識(shí)整合、動(dòng)態(tài)能力等相關(guān)變量的概念進(jìn)行了界定,并把動(dòng)態(tài)能力分為環(huán)境洞察能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力和整合能力三個(gè)維度,細(xì)化對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)能力的研究;其次,在綜述以往研究基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)能力與高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作績(jī)效、高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作中知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移和知識(shí)整合間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了梳理,基于此,提出動(dòng)態(tài)能力對(duì)高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作績(jī)效影響的理論模型和相關(guān)研究假設(shè);再次,,基于進(jìn)行實(shí)證調(diào)查所收集的一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)資料,根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)方程對(duì)理論模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證研究假設(shè)。驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明,動(dòng)態(tài)能力對(duì)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作績(jī)效產(chǎn)生的直接影響路徑不顯著,而是經(jīng)由知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移和知識(shí)整合的中介作用間接對(duì)其產(chǎn)生影響;最后,在對(duì)實(shí)證結(jié)果進(jìn)行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從動(dòng)態(tài)能力、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移和知識(shí)整合三個(gè)方面提出提升高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作績(jī)效的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The cooperation of production, college, research and research in colleges and universities integrates the practical and applied ability of enterprises to knowledge and the ability of learning and research institutions to innovate knowledge, promote the integration of knowledge innovation and market, and accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements. Promote the sustainable development of the economy. At this stage, China is in the transition period of economic development, the environment at home and abroad is unpredictable, the uncertainty of the environment will hinder the improvement of innovation level of industry-university-research cooperation. To delay the momentum of sustainable economic development, this paper studies how to cultivate and strengthen the dynamic capacity building of the main body of cooperation between production, college and research in colleges and universities, and effectively resist the threat of environmental change. It is of great value to improve the cooperation performance of production, college and research in colleges and universities. First of all, the paper defines the concepts of the related variables, such as the cooperation performance, knowledge transfer, knowledge integration, dynamic ability and so on, and divides the dynamic ability into environmental insight ability. Learning ability and integration ability are three dimensions to refine the study of dynamic ability; Secondly, on the basis of summarizing the previous research, this paper combs the relationship between dynamic ability and the cooperation performance of university, the relationship between knowledge transfer and knowledge integration in the cooperation. The theoretical model and related research hypotheses of the influence of dynamic ability on the performance of industry, college and research cooperation in colleges and universities are put forward. Thirdly, based on the primary data collected from the empirical investigation, the theoretical model is empirically tested according to the structural equation, and the hypothesis of the research is verified. The direct influence of dynamic ability on the performance of industry-university-research cooperation is not significant, but is indirectly influenced by the intermediary role of knowledge transfer and knowledge integration. Finally, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the empirical results, this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the cooperation performance of production, teaching and research in colleges and universities from three aspects: dynamic ability, knowledge transfer and knowledge integration.
