【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了重大改變,社會(huì)對(duì)人才的需求呈現(xiàn)出多樣化的趨勢(shì),應(yīng)用型人才成為社會(huì)需要的大多數(shù),而且伴隨著我國高等教育逐步向大眾化教育發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),本科應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)成為我國高等教育發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)和高等教育研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。本文主要分析了西北民族聚居區(qū)高校的特征,探討了這類高校培養(yǎng)本科應(yīng)用型人才的必然性,分析了西北民族聚居區(qū)高校本科應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀及目前存在的問題和原因,提出西北民族聚居區(qū)高校培養(yǎng)本科應(yīng)用型人才的建議。 因此,本文將通過四個(gè)部分來圍繞主題進(jìn)行探討： 第一部分主要對(duì)本研究的研究緣起與意義、思路與方法、文獻(xiàn)綜述與理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了闡述；第二部分主要分析了我國西北民族聚居區(qū)高校的特征,探討了這類高校培養(yǎng)本科應(yīng)用型人才的必然性；。第三部分以西北民族聚居區(qū)高校的典型代表——喀什師范學(xué)院和甘肅民族師范學(xué)院為個(gè)案,分析了西北民族聚居區(qū)高校本科應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題；第四部分主要從轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)瞬排囵B(yǎng)觀念、優(yōu)化專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)布局、確立應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)方案、培養(yǎng)過程體現(xiàn)實(shí)踐性和建設(shè)雙師素質(zhì)的隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面提出西北民族聚居區(qū)高校培養(yǎng)本科應(yīng)用型人才的建議。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of the world economy and the advent of knowledge economy, the great changes of China's economic structure, the social demand for talent showing a trend of diversification, talents become the most social needs, but also with China's higher education gradually to the popular trend of education development, cultivating application-oriented talents has become one of the hot issues the strategic focus of higher education and Research on the development of higher education in China. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of Northwest University in minority areas, discusses the necessity of cultivating the applied talents of the colleges and universities, analyzes the current situation of northwest area of minority undergraduate applied talents and the existing problems and reasons, put forward the northwest the area of minority college undergraduate applied talents cultivation suggestions.
Therefore, this article will discuss the theme through four parts:
The first part is mainly about the study of the origin and significance of this study, ideas and methods, literature review and theoretical basis are described; the second part mainly analyzes China's northwest minority area college's characteristics, this paper discusses the necessity of cultivating application-oriented talents of the colleges and universities;. In the third part, a typical representative of the northwest minority region Universities: Kashi Teacher's College and Gansu National Normal University as a case, analyzes the current situation of northwest area of minority undergraduate applied talents and problems; the fourth part mainly from the transformation of personnel training concept, optimize the structure of professional layout, establish training plan for applied talents, training process embodies the team construction practice and construction of double quality teachers the other aspects of the northwest area of minority college undergraduate applied talents cultivation suggestions.
