【摘要】：閩臺(tái)兩地高等教育具有很強(qiáng)的可行性和互補(bǔ)性。近年來(lái),兩地高校在校際合作、教師和學(xué)術(shù)交流、青少年聯(lián)誼、學(xué)生短期互換、相互招生、創(chuàng)新人才聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)模式等方面都取得了豐碩的成果,產(chǎn)生了積極的意義和影響。兩地高等教育交流合作呈現(xiàn)出日益開放的多元化格局。但是由于受兩岸政策缺陷、兩地長(zhǎng)效交流合作機(jī)制缺失以及兩地高等教育交流合作嚴(yán)重失衡等因素的制約和影響,現(xiàn)階段兩地高等教育交流合作還存在著不少的問(wèn)題和障礙。因此,需要實(shí)施“順應(yīng)高等教育國(guó)際化趨勢(shì)”、“強(qiáng)化政策保障,規(guī)范閩臺(tái)高等教育交流合作”、“簽訂閩臺(tái)高等教育交流合作協(xié)議,建立長(zhǎng)效合作機(jī)制”、“先行先試,全面推進(jìn)閩臺(tái)高等教育交流合作”等一系列深化兩地高等教育交流合作的應(yīng)對(duì)政策和保障措施。
[Abstract]:Higher education in Fujian and Taiwan has strong feasibility and complementarity. In recent years, colleges and universities in the two places in the inter-school cooperation, teacher and academic exchanges, youth friendship, short-term student exchange, mutual enrollment. Innovative personnel training model and other aspects have achieved fruitful results. The exchange and cooperation of higher education between the two places show an increasingly open and diversified pattern, but due to the shortcomings of cross-strait policies. There are still many problems and obstacles in the exchange and cooperation of higher education between the two places at the present stage due to the lack of long-term effective exchange and cooperation mechanism and the serious imbalance in the exchange and cooperation of higher education between the two places. It is necessary to implement "conform to the trend of internationalization of higher education", "strengthen policy guarantee, standardize the exchange and cooperation of Fujian and Taiwan higher education", and "sign the agreement on exchange and cooperation of higher education between Fujian and Taiwan, and establish a long-term cooperative mechanism". A series of policies and guarantee measures to deepen the exchange and cooperation of higher education between Fujian and Taiwan are put forward in order to promote the exchange and cooperation of higher education between Fujian and Taiwan.
