【摘要】：近年來，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)成為各種社會思潮、各種利益訴求相互碰撞的聚集地，更為大學生的自我表達和群體交流，討論公共事務(wù)，參與社會經(jīng)濟和政治生活提供了一個方便快捷的平臺。 高校大學生是網(wǎng)民中對社會熱點現(xiàn)象反映最為活躍，最為積極，，最為敏感的重要群體,極易通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對一些社會焦點和熱點問題表達自己的看法，如果學生的意見和建議得不到重視,就可能在網(wǎng)上形成巨大反應(yīng),個體情緒可能傳染到整個群體,演變?yōu)檎麄�群體的不滿情緒,激化矛盾,形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情"因此,加強高校學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的研究,重視校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息的分析，管理和引導,建立健全高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情機制,必將對校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情環(huán)境的健康發(fā)展起到重要作用。這有利于牢牢把握網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理與教育的主動權(quán)，有利于建設(shè)良好的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化，促進大學生的成長成才和校園的安定和諧。 本文首先引入了網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的概念,并對其特點、功能進行介紹,然后對高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的內(nèi)涵、特征高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的環(huán)境和形成進行了界定，接著客觀分析了我國高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情現(xiàn)狀,明確了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情存在的問題，最后針對現(xiàn)階段高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情存在的問題，提出了相應(yīng)的對策，明確了高校加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情控制和引導的重要性。 研究的創(chuàng)新點是提出高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情環(huán)境存在的問題，提出加強高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情環(huán)境的要求，同時完善高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的法律管理工作，高校輿情機制建設(shè)，創(chuàng)新高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的技術(shù)手段，最終建立起一套高校學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情引導機制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Internet has become a collection of various social trends of thought, various interest demands collide with each other, more college students' self-expression and group communication, discuss public affairs. Participation in social, economic and political life provides a convenient and convenient platform. College students are the most active, the most active, the most sensitive important group among Internet users. They can easily express their views on some social focus and hot issues through the Internet. If the students' opinions and suggestions are not paid attention to, it is possible to form a huge response on the Internet, and individual emotions may spread to the whole group, turn into the discontent of the whole group, and intensify the contradiction. Therefore, we should strengthen the research of college students' network public opinion, attach importance to the analysis, management and guidance of campus network public opinion information, and establish and perfect the university network public opinion mechanism. It will play an important role in the healthy development of campus network public opinion environment, which is conducive to firmly grasp the initiative of network management and education, and to build a good campus network culture. Promote the growth of college students and campus stability and harmony. This paper first introduces the concept of network public opinion, and introduces its characteristics and functions, then defines the connotation, environment and formation of university network public opinion. Then it objectively analyzes the current situation of network public opinion in colleges and universities, defines the existing problems of network public opinion in colleges and universities, and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the problems existing in the network public opinion of colleges and universities at the present stage. The importance of strengthening network public opinion control and guidance in colleges and universities is clarified. The innovation of the research is to put forward the problems existing in the network public opinion environment of colleges and universities, put forward the requirements of strengthening the network public opinion environment in colleges and universities, at the same time improve the legal management of the network public opinion in colleges and universities, and the construction of the public opinion mechanism in colleges and universities. Finally, a set of guiding mechanism of college students' network public opinion is established by innovating the technical means of university network public opinion.
