【摘要】：信息公平是高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作的重要組成部分,在高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作中實(shí)現(xiàn)信息公平有助于提高學(xué)生工作的透明度,提升高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作者的教育形象與可信度,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的觀念和意識(shí),推進(jìn)和諧校園、和諧班級(jí)以及學(xué)生之間和諧人際關(guān)系的建設(shè)。實(shí)現(xiàn)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作的信息公平,要求高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作者自身要樹立起信息公平的理念,重視信息公平工作;高校要加強(qiáng)學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作中信息公開和信息公平的制度建設(shè),并為實(shí)現(xiàn)信息公平提供必要的經(jīng)濟(jì)保障;在高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作中不斷增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的信息觀念和信息意識(shí),提高其信息獲取能力、鑒別能力。
[Abstract]:Information fairness is an important part of student affairs management in colleges and universities. The realization of information fairness in college student affairs management helps to improve the transparency of student affairs. To improve the university student affairs management workers' educational image and credibility, to cultivate the concept and awareness of fair competition among college students, and to promote a harmonious campus. The construction of harmonious class and harmonious interpersonal relationship between students. To realize the information fairness of student affairs management in colleges and universities, it is necessary for university student affairs management workers to set up the idea of information fairness. Pay attention to the work of information fairness; Colleges and universities should strengthen the system construction of information openness and information fairness in student affairs management, and provide necessary economic guarantee for realizing information fairness. In the management of college students' affairs, the information concept and awareness of college students are constantly strengthened, and their ability of obtaining and distinguishing information is improved.
