高校思想政治教育生活化問題研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育生活化作為近年來思想政治教育界的理論熱點(diǎn)備受關(guān)注,但是思想政治教育的不同階段有不同的教育特點(diǎn),落實(shí)到具體的教育階段還是需要根據(jù)實(shí)際情況加以分析、研究,本文選取了高校思想政治教育生活化作為研究對(duì)象。本文從高校思想政治教育生活化的內(nèi)涵入手,高校思想政治教育生活化就是要以大學(xué)生為主體,以現(xiàn)實(shí)生活為中心,以馬列主義、毛澤東思想和中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系為理論指導(dǎo),關(guān)注受教育者的生活世界,使教育內(nèi)容和教育目標(biāo)更加貼近大學(xué)生的實(shí)際生活,使教育手段、方法更加靈活多樣,使評(píng)價(jià)體系更加客觀科學(xué),用教育引導(dǎo)其樹立正確的思想觀念,形成良好的道德品質(zhì),培養(yǎng)其社會(huì)實(shí)踐能力,使思想政治教育內(nèi)容內(nèi)化外大學(xué)生自身的信念,外化為大學(xué)生的行為準(zhǔn)則,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生自由而全面的發(fā)展。以理論依據(jù)、現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)、政策依據(jù)為支撐,分析了目前高校思想政治教育生活化的有益探索,包括針對(duì)地區(qū)特殊性開展思想政治教育工作;深入學(xué)生生活世界,解決學(xué)生生活中的實(shí)際問題;以及開展“三生教育”的探索等。由此入手分析并提出了高校思想政治教育生活化存在的問題及成因,主要問題包括思想政治教育的目的、內(nèi)容脫離大學(xué)生生活、評(píng)價(jià)體系以及生活化的途徑單一、教育者與受教育者的關(guān)系不平等、心理健康教育以及“三生教育”未緊密聯(lián)系思想政治教育等。而產(chǎn)生的原因也是復(fù)雜多樣的,既有社會(huì)歷史、長期應(yīng)試教育的慣性、重理論教育輕實(shí)踐教育的傳統(tǒng)、重德育輕智育的傳統(tǒng)等方面的原因,也有由于缺乏必要的經(jīng)費(fèi)、條件保障、以及社會(huì)要求學(xué)校承載過多的學(xué)生安全責(zé)任等方面的原因,這些原因綜合導(dǎo)致了思想政治教育生活化出現(xiàn)的各種問題,要解決這些問題必須尋找有效的思想政治教育生活化途徑。首先要從觀念上提高有關(guān)部門和人員對(duì)思想政治教育生活化必要性的認(rèn)識(shí),使高校加強(qiáng)對(duì)思想政治教育生活化的統(tǒng)籌,,然后從教育目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容上貼近大學(xué)生生活實(shí)際,以及教育方法、手段要更加靈活多樣,完善教育評(píng)價(jià)體系、強(qiáng)化受教育者主體地位、提高思想政治教育工作者自身的素質(zhì),并且要加強(qiáng)心理健康教育和“三生教育”與思想政治教育的聯(lián)系,只有這樣才能更好的推進(jìn)高校思想政治教育生活化。
[Abstract]:The life of ideological and political education is a hot topic in the field of ideological and political education in recent years, but the different stages of ideological and political education have different educational characteristics. The implementation of the specific stage of education or need to be based on the actual situation of analysis, research. This paper selects the ideological and political education in colleges and universities as the research object. This paper starts with the connotation of the life of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which is to take college students as the main body. Taking the real life as the center, taking the Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought and the socialism theory system with Chinese characteristics as the theoretical guidance, paying attention to the life world of the educated. To make the educational content and educational goal more close to the actual life of college students, to make the means and methods of education more flexible and diverse, to make the evaluation system more objective and scientific, and to guide them to set up correct ideas with education. Form good moral quality, cultivate its social practice ability, make the ideological and political education content internalize the belief of the university students, externalize into the university student's behavior standard. Finally realize the free and comprehensive development of college students. Based on theoretical basis, realistic basis and policy basis, this paper analyzes the beneficial exploration of the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The ideological and political education should be carried out according to the regional particularity. Go deep into the students' life world and solve the practical problems in the students' life; And to carry out the exploration of "three students' education". This paper analyzes and puts forward the existing problems and causes of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the main problems include the purpose of ideological and political education. The content is divorced from the college students' life, the evaluation system and the way of life are single, and the relationship between the educator and the educatee is not equal. Mental health education and "three students' education" are not closely linked to ideological and political education, but the causes are also complex and diverse, both social history, long-term examination-oriented education inertia. The tradition of emphasizing theoretical education and neglecting practical education and the tradition of attaching importance to moral education and intellectual education are also due to the lack of necessary funds and the guarantee of conditions. As well as the social requirements of the school to bear too much responsibility for the safety of students and other reasons, these reasons led to the ideological and political education of the various problems of life. In order to solve these problems, we must find effective ways to adapt ideological and political education to life. First of all, we should raise the awareness of relevant departments and personnel on the necessity of ideological and political education. So that colleges and universities to strengthen the ideological and political education as a whole, and then from the educational objectives and content close to the reality of college students' life, as well as educational methods, means to be more flexible and diverse, improve the educational evaluation system. Strengthen the subject status of the educatees, improve the quality of the ideological and political educators, and strengthen the relationship between the mental health education and the "three students' education" and the ideological and political education. Only in this way can we better promote the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
