【摘要】:隨著高等教育大眾化的進(jìn)程,我國(guó)高等教育理論與實(shí)踐也開始逐漸思考如何保證教育質(zhì)量,以質(zhì)量保障為目的的教育評(píng)估活動(dòng)也相應(yīng)成熟起來(lái),專業(yè)評(píng)估活動(dòng)便是教育質(zhì)量保障的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。就目前世界范圍內(nèi)的高等院校自身來(lái)說(shuō),高等院校質(zhì)量保障體系也通常把專業(yè)評(píng)估作為核心內(nèi)容之一。有學(xué)者把學(xué)校內(nèi)部的專業(yè)評(píng)估形象地比喻為一次全面的健康檢查,而這項(xiàng)檢查是以學(xué)校所設(shè)置的專業(yè)為對(duì)象,通過(guò)聘請(qǐng)校內(nèi)外專業(yè)學(xué)者對(duì)專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的質(zhì)量、專業(yè)的學(xué)術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和學(xué)術(shù)的學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)出等進(jìn)行評(píng)估。 技術(shù)本科院校是近年來(lái)隨著我國(guó)高等教育大眾化進(jìn)程中興起的一種高等教育類型,是以從事本科層次技術(shù)教育為主的院校。目前,技術(shù)本科院校內(nèi)部的專業(yè)評(píng)估在我國(guó)尚屬啟蒙階段,專業(yè)評(píng)估的評(píng)估理論、指標(biāo)體系、制度建設(shè)等都亟待完善。另外,隨著一些嘗試性專業(yè)評(píng)估工作的展開,在實(shí)施過(guò)程中也出現(xiàn)一些更深層次的問題,例如:技術(shù)本科院校專業(yè)評(píng)估的真正目的究竟是什么?這種評(píng)估與其他評(píng)估的區(qū)別是什么?而在專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系中這些區(qū)別又該如何體現(xiàn)?本論文以技術(shù)本科院校需要建立適切的工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系為基本假設(shè)與前提,在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)技術(shù)本科院校工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系的現(xiàn)狀與問題進(jìn)行分析,嘗試通過(guò)考察國(guó)際上具有代表性的工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,提出具有一定科學(xué)性性、合理性的技術(shù)本科院校工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,探索我國(guó)技術(shù)本科院校工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)的思路。論文共包括四章內(nèi)容: 第一章:緒論。介紹了本研究的緣起、意義,明晰了研究對(duì)象和范圍,界定了技術(shù)本科教育、專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系等概念,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估相關(guān)理論與實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)綜述,確定了研究方案,對(duì)研究創(chuàng)新與不足進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。 第二章:國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)本科院校工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系的現(xiàn)狀與問題。通過(guò)我國(guó)工程教育專業(yè)認(rèn)證指標(biāo)體系、本科教學(xué)工作水平評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系-專業(yè)建設(shè)部分和上海市普通高校本科專業(yè)選優(yōu)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系(試行)等國(guó)內(nèi)工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估相關(guān)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié),從現(xiàn)實(shí)意義對(duì)我國(guó)高等學(xué)校工程類專業(yè)認(rèn)證與評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)的問題與現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),論證技術(shù)本科院校專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系研究的必要性。 第三章:國(guó)際范圍內(nèi)高等院校工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系的比較分析與借鑒。通過(guò)高等院校工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系的國(guó)際比較,在比較分析的基礎(chǔ)上從現(xiàn)實(shí)意義對(duì)國(guó)際高等學(xué)校工程類專業(yè)認(rèn)證與評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系的趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。 第四章:技術(shù)本科院校工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)。從技術(shù)本科院校工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)的背景入手,根據(jù)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建原則、思路和特殊要求,以多種評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行分析研究,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較研究法、和德爾菲法等研究方法,確定技術(shù)本科院校工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系的基本指標(biāo)要素,從而建立技術(shù)本科院校工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系框架,在征求專家意見、搜集專家數(shù)據(jù)、分析數(shù)據(jù)和專家討論的基礎(chǔ)上,確定一級(jí)指標(biāo)和對(duì)應(yīng)的二級(jí)指標(biāo)與指標(biāo)權(quán)重計(jì)算,結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,對(duì)每一級(jí)指標(biāo)內(nèi)容、權(quán)重和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行解釋分析。 結(jié)語(yǔ):技術(shù)本科院校工程類專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)研究反思與研究展望。在前四章的研究進(jìn)行總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)技術(shù)本科院校專業(yè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系的設(shè)計(jì)與運(yùn)用以及接下來(lái)的研究進(jìn)行說(shuō)明與展望。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of higher education, the theory and practice of higher education in China also began thinking about how to ensure the quality of education, but also the corresponding mature to the quality guarantee for the purpose of education evaluation activities, professional assessment activities is the focus of the content of education quality assurance in higher education institutions. The world itself, quality assurance system of colleges and universities also usually take the professional assessment as one of the core. Some scholars regard the school internal professional assessment figuratively as a comprehensive health check, the check is to set up the professional school as the object, quality of learning by hiring professional school academics, evaluate professional academic standards and academic learning outcomes.
Technical colleges in recent years as a type of higher education in China during the popularization of higher education, is engaged in undergraduate level technical education institutions. At present, the internal technical colleges professional assessment is still in the stage of enlightenment in China, professional evaluation theory, evaluation index system, system construction etc. needs to be improved. In addition, with some professional assessment work, some deeper problems in the implementation process, such as: what is the real purpose of professional undergraduate? What is the difference between this kind of evaluation and other evaluation index system? These differences and how to reflect and evaluate the in this paper, major? Technical colleges need to establish appropriate engineering evaluation index system as the basic assumptions and premise, in summing up the existing professional evaluation index system Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the techniques on the undergraduate engineering program evaluation index system of the present situation and problem analysis, try to engineering by studying the international representative evaluation index system, put forward a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of the engineering professional technical colleges, technical colleges of engineering exploration our professional evaluation index system design ideas. The thesis includes four chapters:
The first chapter: introduction. Introduces the origin, significance of the research, clarify the object and scope of the study, defines the concept of technology undergraduate education, professional evaluation index system, to the domestic and foreign engineering evaluation theory and practice of the literature review, the research project, the research innovation and deficiencies are summarized.
The second chapter: the domestic technical undergraduate engineering program evaluation index system status and problems. Through the authentication index system of Engineering Education in China, the undergraduate teaching level evaluation index system of professional construction part and the city of Shanghai undergraduate colleges and universities in the selection of evaluation index system (Trial) analyzed and summarized the domestic engineering evaluation the relevant index system, to analyze China's Higher School of engineering professional accreditation and assessment index system design problems and current situation from the practical significance, the undergraduate professional technology demonstration on the necessity of the index system.
The third part: comparative analysis within the framework of the international institutions of higher engineering program evaluation index system and reference. Through college engineering program evaluation index system of international comparison, on the basis of comparative analysis of international higher school of engineering professional accreditation and assessment index system of the trend from the practical significance were analyzed.
The fourth chapter: the design of the evaluation index system of technical undergraduate engineering majors. Starting from the technical undergraduate engineering program evaluation index system design background, according to the principles of index system construction, ideas and special requirements in a variety of evaluation index system analysis is based on the integrated use of literature research method, comparative research method, and Delphy Fa and other research methods, to determine the technical colleges engineering evaluation of basic factors of the index system, so as to establish the technical colleges of engineering professional assessment index system framework, in the expert opinion, collecting expert data, analyzing data and expert discussion, to determine the weight of two level index and index level indicators and the corresponding the calculation, combined with practical significance, the content of each index weight and standard, analyzed and interpreted.
Conclusion: the design reflection and research prospect of engineering specialty evaluation index system in technical undergraduate colleges. Based on the summary of the first four chapters, the design and application of the professional evaluation index system and the next research are illustrated and prospected.
