【摘要】：目的：了解湖南省護(hù)理本科院校人文社會科學(xué)課程設(shè)置的現(xiàn)狀；分析湖南省護(hù)理本科生對人文社會科學(xué)課程的評價及需求；構(gòu)建人文社會科學(xué)課程設(shè)置方案。 方法：本研究為橫斷面調(diào)查性研究。第一部分,收集湖南省7所護(hù)理本科院校的課程計(jì)劃,對其人文社會科學(xué)課程的設(shè)置進(jìn)行分析；第二部分,采用整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,選取7所護(hù)理本科院校的660名學(xué)生對湖南省人文社會科學(xué)課程的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評價；第三部分應(yīng)用自制的問卷進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,構(gòu)建人文社會科學(xué)課程設(shè)置方案。 結(jié)果：(1)7所護(hù)理本科院校中,人文社會科學(xué)課程開設(shè)種類最多者為21門,最少者為7門。有4所院校除國家規(guī)定的課程外未開設(shè)必修課程,其余3所院校必修課與選修課比例分別為4：3、5：9、1：5。 (2)31.5%的學(xué)生對人文社會科學(xué)課程的實(shí)際效果比較滿意；36%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為人文社會科學(xué)課程的課程面比較寬；39%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為人文社會科學(xué)課程前沿性較強(qiáng)；22%的學(xué)生閱讀人文圖書資源較多。35%的學(xué)生對校園文化氣氛滿意。 (3)人文社會科學(xué)課程最終方案將課程劃分為三個模塊公共人文社會科學(xué)課程、醫(yī)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)性人文社會科學(xué)課程、護(hù)理專業(yè)性人文社會科學(xué)課程。 結(jié)論：(1)湖南省各護(hù)理本科院校之間課時設(shè)置及開設(shè)形式差異性較大。湖南省護(hù)理本科生對人文社會科學(xué)課程缺乏了解,對現(xiàn)在人文社會科學(xué)課程實(shí)施的效果不滿意。圖書館作為學(xué)習(xí)人文社會科學(xué)課程的資源,未能很好的利用。 (2)本研究構(gòu)建的湖南省人文社會科學(xué)課程設(shè)置方案,綜合學(xué)生、教師、專家的意見,體現(xiàn)了學(xué)生和教師的主體性。
[Abstract]:Objective:. To understand the present situation of humanities and social sciences courses in nursing colleges of Hunan province, to analyze the evaluation and demand of humanities and social sciences courses of nursing undergraduates in Hunan province, and to construct the curriculum plan of humanities and social sciences. Methods: this study was a cross-sectional investigation. The first part was to collect the curriculum plans of 7 nursing colleges in Hunan province and analyze the curriculum of humanities and social sciences. In the second part, 660 students from 7 nursing colleges were selected to evaluate the present situation of humanities and social sciences courses in Hunan Province by cluster random sampling. The third part uses the self-made questionnaire to carry on the questionnaire, constructs the humanities social science curriculum plan. Results among the 7 nursing colleges and universities, 21 offered the most kinds of humanities and social sciences courses, and 7 offered the least, and 4 colleges did not offer compulsory courses except those prescribed by the state. The ratio of compulsory and elective courses in the remaining three colleges is 4: 3: 5: 9: 5. 31.5% of the students were satisfied with the actual effect of humanities and social science courses. 36% of the students think that the humanities and social sciences curriculum has a wide range of curriculum; 39% of the students think that the humanities and social sciences curriculum is more advanced; 22% of the students read more humanities books. 35% of the students were satisfied with the campus culture atmosphere. Finally, the course is divided into three modules: public humanities and social sciences, medical basic humanities and social sciences, nursing professional humanities and social sciences. Conclusion (1) there is a great difference in the setting of class hours and the form of opening among the nursing colleges in Hunan Province, and the undergraduate nursing students in Hunan Province have little understanding of the humanities and social sciences courses. The library, as a resource for studying humanities and social sciences, has failed to make good use of it. 2) the curriculum scheme of humanities and social sciences in Hunan province, which synthesizes the opinions of students, teachers and experts, embodies the subjectivity of students and teachers.
