【摘要】：隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展，志愿者服務(wù)已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今社會一項重要的研究課題，并且在中國2012年黨的十八大報告中首次提出“志愿者”一詞，體現(xiàn)出我國已經(jīng)逐步對志愿服務(wù)組織的認(rèn)可與肯定，在各個領(lǐng)域中志愿服務(wù)體現(xiàn)出各方面的優(yōu)勢。目前，我國大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)逐步成為各高校育人的重要手段，推動社會進(jìn)步、促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展起到了重要的作用，由其在大學(xué)生思想政治教育方面效果顯著。因此，立足大學(xué)校園，高校志愿者文化的系統(tǒng)研究對大學(xué)生思想政治教育的研究具有重要意義。 本文首先深刻闡述了高校志愿者文化的內(nèi)涵和特征，通過對高校志愿者文化相關(guān)概念的界定，高校志愿者文化與地方志愿者文化進(jìn)行比較，從而論述高校志愿者文化的內(nèi)涵、特征和功能。其次，論述了高校志愿者文化對大學(xué)生思想政治教育的導(dǎo)向、凝聚和激勵作用。最后，，論述了高校志愿者文化的培育與思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新，提出機(jī)制的完善、平臺的搭建、參與方式的不斷創(chuàng)新，進(jìn)而達(dá)到思想政治教育的研究目的。
[Abstract]:With the development of society , the volunteer service has become an important research topic in today ' s society , and the term " volunteers " has been proposed for the first time in the 18 th report of the Chinese Communist Party in 2012 . The volunteer service in our country has gradually become an important means of educating people in various fields . At present , our university student volunteer service has played an important role in the ideological and political education of college students . Therefore , the systematic research on university campus and university volunteer culture is of great significance to the study of college students ' ideological and political education . This paper first expounds the connotation and characteristics of the volunteer culture in colleges and universities . Through the definition of the concept of the culture related to the volunteer culture in colleges and universities , the author discusses the connotation , characteristics and functions of the college volunteer culture , and then discusses the guiding , cohesion and motivation of the college volunteer culture to the ideological and political education of college students . Finally , the author discusses the cultivation of the college volunteer culture and the innovation of the ideological and political education , puts forward the perfection of the mechanism , the building of the platform , the continuous innovation of the participation mode , and further the research purpose of ideological and political education .
