【摘要】:近年來(lái)高等學(xué)校之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇,隨著學(xué)者們對(duì)高等學(xué)校研究的不斷深入,很多學(xué)者將企業(yè)管理中的“核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”概念延伸到高等教育的評(píng)價(jià)工作中,它已成為高等教育研究中新的研究領(lǐng)域和方向。本文力求通過(guò)對(duì)高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論和教育理論及方法的研究,為高等學(xué)校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究帶來(lái)新的思路,并提出新的高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系。目前,我國(guó)對(duì)高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究主要集中在內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)成要素、特征、指標(biāo)、評(píng)價(jià)模型、評(píng)價(jià)體系以及培育機(jī)制與提升途徑等諸多方面,總體上還缺乏嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)規(guī)范的研究范式,研究中還存在一定的疏漏、甚或盲點(diǎn)等偏差和不足。 本文以研究高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化為目的,結(jié)合已有的高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模式,以教學(xué)研究型高校為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)相關(guān)的理論和方法,提出了具有一定實(shí)用性和針對(duì)性的教學(xué)研究型高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型,用數(shù)學(xué)方法測(cè)評(píng)教學(xué)研究型高校的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平。主要做了以下工作: 對(duì)教學(xué)研究型高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論體系進(jìn)行了研究。本文主要通過(guò)研究高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的起源、內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)成、特性,并結(jié)合教學(xué)研究型高校的主要衡量指標(biāo)和特性從系統(tǒng)的角度探討了教學(xué)研究型高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)涵,并構(gòu)建了教學(xué)研究型高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的結(jié)構(gòu)層次,具體分為三層:基礎(chǔ)層、職能層和核心層。 本文根據(jù)2012年教育部《高等教育專題規(guī)劃》要求、教學(xué)研究型高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力內(nèi)涵、泰勒教育評(píng)價(jià)模式三個(gè)方面來(lái)構(gòu)建教學(xué)研究型高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型,以《高等教育專題規(guī)劃》要求為依據(jù)、以教學(xué)研究型高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力內(nèi)涵為分析對(duì)象、以泰勒教育評(píng)價(jià)模式為指導(dǎo)思想進(jìn)行模型的搭建。2012年教育部《高等教育專題規(guī)劃》要求結(jié)合當(dāng)前時(shí)代發(fā)展和提升高等教育競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的必然要求提出了高等教育發(fā)展的新方向和需要重視的新領(lǐng)域;教學(xué)研究型高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力內(nèi)涵為評(píng)價(jià)模型提供了支撐框架;泰勒教育評(píng)價(jià)模式是評(píng)價(jià)方法和準(zhǔn)則的理論保障,它以評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向,要求采用多種方式對(duì)教育結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的特點(diǎn)是本文構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)體系的核心思想。 在具體的模型構(gòu)建中,本文結(jié)合《高等教育專題規(guī)劃》要求和教學(xué)研究型高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力內(nèi)涵,按照泰勒教育評(píng)價(jià)模式的評(píng)價(jià)步驟,歸納出4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)、12個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)和49個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)。然后,對(duì)各個(gè)指標(biāo)的含義和取值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明;運(yùn)用層次分析法計(jì)算各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)值。由于,層次分析法需要兩兩指標(biāo)之間重要程度的比較數(shù)據(jù),為盡可能客觀,本文選用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法收集比較數(shù)據(jù)。在上述工作的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了教學(xué)研究型高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型。 本文對(duì)教學(xué)研究型高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型完成了設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)工作。利用SQL Server2005和Visual C++軟件開(kāi)發(fā)工具實(shí)現(xiàn)了教學(xué)研究型高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力測(cè)評(píng)系統(tǒng),,并以云南3所教學(xué)研究型高校各項(xiàng)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)作為實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證該模型的可行性,并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析、比對(duì)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the competition between universities is increasing, with scholars of higher education deepening, many scholars in the management of enterprise "core competence" concept extends to higher education evaluation work, it has become the research of higher education in the new research field and direction. The paper tries to study the theory of and the method of core competence theory and college education, bring new ideas for the research on the core competence of colleges and universities, and puts forward the evaluation system of the core competitiveness of colleges and universities in the new. At present, research on the core competence of colleges and universities in China mainly focused on the connotation, elements, characteristics, indicators, evaluation model, evaluation system and cultivation mechanism and promotion ways, the overall lack of rigorous and normative research paradigm, there are still some omissions in the study, even the blind spots and deviation and deficiency.
Based on the research of the core competitiveness of the university scientific evaluation and standardization for the purpose of combining the evaluation model of the core competitiveness of colleges and universities have, in teaching and research universities as the research object, according to the relevant theories and methods, put forward some practical and targeted teaching and Research Universities Core Competitiveness Evaluation model, with the level of core competitiveness of mathematics the evaluation method of teaching and research universities. We mainly do the following work:
The theoretical system of teaching research university's core competence is studied. This paper mainly through the research on the core competitiveness of the origin, connotation, structure, characteristics, and combined with the main indexes and characteristics of teaching and research universities explores the connotation of the teaching research type university's core competence from the angle of system structure and the construction of the teaching and research university core the competitiveness of the concrete is divided into three layers: basic layer, function layer and core layer.

In the construction of the concrete model, combining with the connotation of higher education "thematic planning > and teaching and research university core competitiveness, in accordance with the procedures of evaluation Taylor education evaluation model, summed up the 4 level indicators, 12 level two indexes and 49 level three indexes.
