【摘要】:作為評定高校辦學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要指標(biāo)之一,就業(yè)指導(dǎo)在實(shí)際工作中的地位逐步得到提升。當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外對就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的研究已經(jīng)取得較多的理論和實(shí)踐成果,其中以美國的“發(fā)展式”就業(yè)指導(dǎo)模式和國內(nèi)的“程序式”就業(yè)指導(dǎo)模式為代表,二者在指導(dǎo)體系、涉及內(nèi)容、構(gòu)成人員和參與機(jī)構(gòu)等方面都有所差異,同時其它國家(如日本、加拿大)的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作的研究也有很多可借鑒之處。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展、移動設(shè)備和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的快速普及,整個社會進(jìn)入新媒體時代,這對就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作提出了更多新的挑戰(zhàn)。而本人所在學(xué)院的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作在組織形式、各部門重視度、學(xué)生的參與度以及內(nèi)容的深度方面都有一定的改進(jìn)空間。而微信龐大的使用群體以及微信公眾平臺中訂閱號這一賬號類型的申請門檻低、便捷易上手、定向推送、智能回復(fù)、一對一交流和數(shù)據(jù)處理等功能使其成為本文的研究對象。本研究以交互式學(xué)習(xí)和移動學(xué)習(xí)為理論支撐,探索新的教育方式的實(shí)踐運(yùn)用,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查問卷法、訪談法和行動研究法,對設(shè)計和實(shí)施過程中遇到的問題進(jìn)行分析和處理。前期需求調(diào)查從理論基礎(chǔ)和調(diào)查問卷兩方面著手進(jìn)行需求分析,得出發(fā)布信息的主要內(nèi)容,即就業(yè)觀、職涯規(guī)劃、簡歷制作與投遞、面試技巧、“網(wǎng)申”技巧、就業(yè)信息和政策類信息。隨后在應(yīng)用環(huán)節(jié)完成對以上內(nèi)容的細(xì)化和梳理、信息資料的搜集和整理、信息的基本編輯以及互動美化、信息的發(fā)布和后臺反饋等工作。而評估環(huán)節(jié),除訂閱號后臺提供的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)外,采用調(diào)查問卷法與訪談法收集數(shù)據(jù),并對這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的處理和分析。微信公眾平臺提供的數(shù)據(jù)比較間接,深入的評估分析以調(diào)查問卷和訪談收集到的信息為主,其中值得注意的是對研究者的專業(yè)和經(jīng)驗方面的要求,以及訪談對象從自身出發(fā)提出的一些問題。在研究成果方面,對微信公眾平臺訂閱號環(huán)境下如何依據(jù)收集到的需求調(diào)整和編輯信息內(nèi)容、處理后臺信息以及把握求職不同階段等問題,都根據(jù)本次實(shí)踐整理出了相應(yīng)的處理方式。由于微信公眾平臺的功能限制、研究對象的具體情況、研究時間緊迫和本人的研究能力與協(xié)調(diào)能力等方面的不足,對研究各環(huán)節(jié)帶來一些局限,希望之后的研究者能以此為鑒。同時希望有興趣的研究者們在已有理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合他人的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗,多進(jìn)行一些有益的探索,為一線的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作提供更多的優(yōu)秀案例,探索就業(yè)指導(dǎo)各項工作得實(shí)施方法,以解決“就業(yè)難”這一備受關(guān)注的社會現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:As one of the important indexes for evaluating the quality of higher education, the status of employment guidance in the practical work gradually improved. The current domestic and foreign research on employment guidance has made many achievements, especially in the United States "development" employment guidance mode and in China "program" employment guidance mode for the two involves the content in the guidance system, composed of personnel and institutions involved in such aspects as the differences, while other countries (such as Japan, Canada) on the employment guidance work also has a lot of reference. With the rapid development of economy, the rapid popularization of mobile devices and network technology, the whole society entered the era of new media, the work of employment guidance put forward more new challenges. And I am your college career guidance work in the form of organization, each department of importance, student participation and content Depth have certain space to improve. While WeChat huge user groups and WeChat public platform subscription number the account type for low threshold, convenient and easy to use, directional push, intelligent response, one-on-one communication and data processing capabilities make it become the research object of this paper. In this study, interactive learning and the mobile learning theory, to explore the practical application of new education method, combined with literature research method, questionnaire method, interview method and action research method, analysis and processing to meet the design and implementation process. Before the survey period demand from two aspects of theory basis and questionnaire to carry on the demand analysis, the the main contents of the release of information, namely the concept of employment, career planning, resume production and delivery, interview skills, "and" skills, employment information and policy information. After completion of the above application link The detailed content and combing, information collecting and collating information, the basic editing and interactive beautification, release and feedback of information. The background and evaluation of statistical data, in addition to providing subscription number backstage, using questionnaire method and interview method to collect data, and these data were processed and analyzed further the WeChat public platform to provide comparative data indirectly, in-depth evaluation and analysis of a questionnaire and interviews to collect information, it is worth noting that the expertise and experience of researchers' requirements, some questions and the interview object starting from their own. In the research achievement, the public subscription number for WeChat platform according to the collected environment needs to adjust and edit the information content, information processing background and grasp the different stages of the job, according to the practice of sorting out The corresponding processing mode. Due to restrictions on WeChat public platform, specific research object, research time and my research ability and coordination ability etc, bring some limitations of all aspects of the study, researchers hope to draw a lesson. The researchers also hope that interested in the foundation the existing theory, combined with the practical experience of others, more beneficial exploration, provide more excellent cases for the first employment guidance and employment guidance work to explore the implementation method, to solve the "difficult employment" the concern of the social phenomenon.
