【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展，高等國際化已經(jīng)成為了當(dāng)代高等教育發(fā)展的重要趨勢，在全球知識經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下，世界各國高等學(xué)校的發(fā)展都面臨著全新的挑戰(zhàn)與任務(wù)，高等學(xué)校要想在國際化的浪潮中站穩(wěn)腳跟，必須順應(yīng)歷史潮流，緊跟國際化的步伐，這是高等學(xué)校進(jìn)行自身建設(shè)的需要，也是國家科技創(chuàng)新的要求，各國政府都加大了對高等學(xué)校國際化的重視程度。 高等學(xué)校國際化問題也是我國高等教育發(fā)展的重要問題，由于歷史原因，我國現(xiàn)代大學(xué)發(fā)展起步晚，盡管近些年來我國政府高度重視高等教育的發(fā)展，在高等學(xué)校國際化方面取得了不錯(cuò)的成績，但是在師資隊(duì)伍、管理體制等方面仍然存在很大的缺陷，國際化水平遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，嚴(yán)重阻礙著我國高等教育的改革和發(fā)展。為了更好的促進(jìn)我國高等教育的發(fā)展，探索出一條適合我國的高等學(xué)校國際化道路，探究我國大學(xué)國際化水平及對策十分必要。 本文首先對我國高等學(xué)校國際化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，詳細(xì)介紹了我國高等學(xué)校國際化的發(fā)展歷程以及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；然后詳細(xì)闡述了美國、英國和日本高等學(xué)校國際化的狀況，并據(jù)此總結(jié)出利于我國高等學(xué)校國際化的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；接著在前面研究的基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建了基于模糊綜合評價(jià)法的我國高等學(xué)校國際化水平測度模型，對哈爾濱工程大學(xué)國際化水平進(jìn)行了測度，，并指出了哈爾濱工程大學(xué)國際化存在的問題。最后對如何增強(qiáng)哈爾濱工程大學(xué)國際化水平提出了相關(guān)的建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the internationalization has become an important trend in the development of contemporary higher education in the world, under the background of knowledge economy, the development of university all over the world are facing new challenges and tasks, higher school to stand in the international wave of firm, must conform to the historical trend, follow the pace of internationalization, this are the needs for their own construction, but also the requirements of the national science and technology innovation, governments have increased emphasis on the internationalization of higher education.
An important problem of higher education internationalization is the development of higher education in our country, due to historical reasons, the development of modern university in China started late, although in recent years the Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of higher education, and achieved good results in higher education internationalization, but in the teachers, there are still a lot of defects management system etc. the level of internationalization, not enough, seriously hindered the reform and development of higher education in China. In order to better promote the development of higher education in China, to explore a higher education internationalization path for our country, it is necessary to explore the level of internationalization and Countermeasures of University in China.
This paper first analyzes the status quo of China's higher education internationalization, introduces the development process of China's higher education internationalization and the development of the status quo; and then elaborates on the United States, Britain and Japan higher education internationalization, and then summarizes the advanced experience for China's higher education internationalization; then based on the previous study on the construction of the measure level of internationalization of higher education in our country model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the internationalization level of Harbin Engineering University were measured, and points out the existing problems of Harbin Engineering University international. Finally put forward relevant suggestions on how to enhance the level of internationalization of Harbin Engineering University.
