【摘要】：應(yīng)用型本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型的起點(diǎn)在于課程改革,課程改革的方向在于從傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)科體系課程向工作過(guò)程導(dǎo)向項(xiàng)目化課程轉(zhuǎn)變,目的在于培養(yǎng)滿足社會(huì)需要的中級(jí)應(yīng)用型人才。在"先入行,再學(xué)理,最后再實(shí)踐"的工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式的基礎(chǔ)上,遵循"以理論知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ),以工作過(guò)程為導(dǎo)向,項(xiàng)目化教學(xué)為主體,典型工作任務(wù)為中心,以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合能力為目標(biāo)"的課程開(kāi)發(fā)理念,采用"四步教學(xué)法"實(shí)現(xiàn)"酒店前廳與客房管理"的課程目標(biāo)。
