[Abstract]:The reform of the income distribution system of public institutions is the fourth major reform of wages since the founding of the people's Republic of China. The situation is complex, and the background and significance of the reform are different from those of the past. With the continuous development of social economy, the traditional income distribution mechanism has obviously been unable to meet the needs of the reform and development of public institutions, so the reform of the income distribution system of public institutions is imperative. The current income distribution system of public institutions was in China in 1993.
