【摘要】：2001年,為配合基礎(chǔ)教育改革,挪威頒布了“優(yōu)質(zhì)”教師教育改革政策。在政策制訂上,突出了中央管理與地方自治相結(jié)合;在政策內(nèi)容上,既重視教師的知識技能,又強調(diào)教師的整體素質(zhì);在政策內(nèi)涵上,重視文化在教師養(yǎng)成中的價值。同時,為進一步促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,提出了教師教育的國際合作計劃。
[Abstract]:In 2001, in order to coordinate with the basic education reform, Norway promulgated the "quality" teacher education reform policy. In policy formulation, the combination of central management and local autonomy is highlighted; in policy content, teachers' knowledge and skills are emphasized as well as teachers' overall quality; in policy connotation, the value of culture in teachers' cultivation is emphasized. At the same time, in order to further promote the professional development of teachers, the international cooperation plan of teacher education is put forward.
