社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期中學(xué)師生沖突的社會(huì)學(xué)探析——以海口調(diào)查為例

【摘要】:處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期的城市中學(xué)生,面臨著復(fù)雜的文化生態(tài)環(huán)境和多元文化價(jià)值選擇的沖突。對(duì)當(dāng)前?谑兄袑W(xué)生的師生關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):盡管中學(xué)師生關(guān)系總體呈現(xiàn)良性發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài),但有1/3的學(xué)生認(rèn)為學(xué)校生活乏味,有近1/3的學(xué)生與老師發(fā)生過(guò)沖突;辦學(xué)綜合條件較差、師資力量較弱的學(xué)校,其師生沖突高于辦學(xué)條件好的學(xué)校。其原因是:學(xué)校管理對(duì)學(xué)生缺乏吸引力;教師與學(xué)生的價(jià)值選擇相悖;教師對(duì)學(xué)生的評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)于功利化。
[Abstract]:The urban middle school students in the period of social transformation are confronted with the conflict of complex cultural ecological environment and multicultural value choice. The present situation of teacher-student relationship among middle school students in Haikou City is studied. The results show that, although the teacher-student relationship in middle schools is generally in a positive state of development, one third of the students think that school life is boring. Nearly a third of students have clashed with their teachers; The conflict between teachers and students in schools with poor comprehensive conditions and weak teachers is higher than that in schools with good running conditions. The reasons are: school management is not attractive to students; the value choice of teachers and students is contrary; teachers' evaluation of students is too utilitarian.
