【摘要】：本文探討了法國社會學家杜爾克姆“有機團結(jié)”理論,并運用這一理論的社會學洞察力分析教師專業(yè)共同構(gòu)建中需要注意的兩個維度——專業(yè)發(fā)展的維度和關(guān)系連結(jié)的維度,并考量了實現(xiàn)教師專業(yè)共同體“有機團結(jié)”的路徑,以期從社會學角度對教師專業(yè)共同體的和諧發(fā)展做出另一種思考。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the theory of "organic solidarity" of French sociologist Dulkum, and applies the sociological insight of this theory to analyze the two dimensions that should be paid attention to in the common construction of teacher's specialty, namely, the dimension of professional development and the dimension of relation connection. It also considers the way to realize the organic unity of the teachers' professional community, in order to make another reflection on the harmonious development of the teachers' professional community from the angle of sociology.
