網絡教學環(huán)境中的教學激勵探討

【摘要】:以往教學激勵方面的研究主要關注的是在傳統(tǒng)教學中教師與學生在面對面的教學過程中的教學激勵問題,隨著網絡教學的出現(xiàn)與發(fā)展,教學激勵的方式也在發(fā)生著變化,而在這種變化中,人們往往割裂網絡激勵方式與傳統(tǒng)激勵方式的關系。在此,本文從肯定傳統(tǒng)教學激勵方式作用的基礎上,針對網絡教學的特點,從網絡教學的理念和網絡教學中所應用的技術出發(fā),借助于網絡社會行為理論對網絡教學環(huán)境中教學激勵方式的多個方面進行探討,以期準確認識教學激勵在新的網絡教學環(huán)境中的作用。
[Abstract]:In the past, the research on teaching motivation is mainly concerned with the teaching motivation in the process of face-to-face teaching between teachers and students in traditional teaching. With the emergence and development of network teaching, the way of teaching motivation is also changing. In this kind of change, people often separate the relationship between the network incentive mode and the traditional incentive mode. In this paper, on the basis of affirming the role of the traditional teaching incentive mode, according to the characteristics of the network teaching, starting from the concept of network teaching and the technology applied in the network teaching, With the help of the network social behavior theory, this paper probes into many aspects of the teaching incentive mode in the network teaching environment, in order to accurately understand the role of the teaching incentive in the new network teaching environment.
