【摘要】：數(shù)字圖書館在遠(yuǎn)程開放教育的發(fā)展中具有特殊重要的意義,其建設(shè)和應(yīng)用是教育信息化工作的重要組成部分,對于遠(yuǎn)程開放條件下人才培養(yǎng)模式、教與學(xué)模式的構(gòu)建,以及學(xué)習(xí)支持服務(wù)體系的完善等能夠產(chǎn)生重要的影響。2007年6月2日,由《中國遠(yuǎn)程教育》雜志社和浙江廣播電視大學(xué)聯(lián)合主辦的第13次“中國遠(yuǎn)程教育學(xué)術(shù)圓桌”在杭州召開。這次研討會的主題是“遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)與數(shù)字圖書館”,來自北京師范大學(xué)、浙江大學(xué)、香港公開大學(xué)、奧鵬研究院、方正阿帕比技術(shù)有限公司和中央電大、上海電大的特邀專家與嘉賓,圍繞浙江電大“都讀遠(yuǎn)程”數(shù)字圖書館(DLDL,Distance Learning Digital Library)系統(tǒng)案例,探討“都讀”系統(tǒng)建設(shè)與應(yīng)用的啟發(fā)性意義,并著重就數(shù)字圖書館的功能、定位、核心業(yè)務(wù)及其創(chuàng)新,數(shù)字圖書館與遠(yuǎn)程教育人才培養(yǎng)模式、教與學(xué)模式的構(gòu)建和支持服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)等問題發(fā)表了各自的看法。中央電大副校長、本刊主編嚴(yán)冰和浙江電大副校長金健雄主持了本次研討活動。浙江電大校長方志剛在研討會開幕時致辭。在研討會上發(fā)言的特邀專家與嘉賓有任為民(奧鵬研究院院長、教授),余勝泉(北京師范大學(xué)教育技術(shù)學(xué)院副教授、博導(dǎo)),葉鷹(浙江大學(xué)圖書與情報研究所所長、教授),王慧雯(香港公開大學(xué)圖書館館長),龔祥國(浙江電大副校長、教授),劉盈(上海電視大學(xué)圖書館常務(wù)副館長),宋忠艷(方正阿帕比技術(shù)有限公司技術(shù)總監(jiān)),胡蘇望(中央電大圖書館網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程師)等。專家與嘉賓各自的工作領(lǐng)域不盡相同,看待問題的視角也多有差異。不過,圍繞浙江電大“都讀遠(yuǎn)程”數(shù)字圖書館的實踐案例,他們所發(fā)表的觀點(diǎn),卻從不同的切入點(diǎn)、不同的角度,聚焦在遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)與數(shù)字圖書館這一重要主題上。對本次研討會的成果,我們將專家研討內(nèi)容和浙江電大“都讀”數(shù)字圖書館的實踐案例整理為兩篇綜述,以饗讀者。綜述系根據(jù)研討會錄音與速記等材料整理,未經(jīng)發(fā)言者本人審閱。
[Abstract]:Digital library is of special significance in the development of distance open education. Its construction and application is an important part of educational information work. On June 2, 2007, the 13th "China distance Education academic Roundtable", jointly sponsored by China distance Education magazine and Zhejiang Radio and TV University, was held in Hangzhou. The theme of the seminar is "distance Learning and Digital Library", from Beijing normal University, Zhejiang University, Open University of Hong Kong, Oppeng Research Institute, Fangzheng Apabi Technology Co., Ltd and Central Television University. The special invited experts and guests of Shanghai Radio and TV University discussed the enlightening significance of the construction and application of the "Duread remote" digital library (DLDL,Distance Learning Digital Library) system case) around Zhejiang Radio and TV University, and focused on the function and orientation of the digital library. The core business and its innovation, the talent training model of digital library and distance education, the construction of teaching and learning model and the construction of supporting service system are presented. Vice President of Central Radio and TV University, editor-in-chief Yan Bing, and vice president of Zhejiang Radio and TV University, Jin Jianxiong, presided over the seminar. Zhejiang Radio and TV University President Fang Zhigang at the opening of the seminar speech. Guest speakers at the seminar included Ren Weimin (Dean, Professor), Yu Shengquan (Associate Professor, School of Educational Technology, Beijing normal University) and Ye Ying (Director, School of Library and Information Research, Zhejiang University). Professor), Wang Huiwen (Librarian, Open University of Hong Kong), Gong Xiangguo, Vice President of Zhejiang Radio and TV University, Professor), Liu Ying (executive deputy curator of Shanghai TV University Library), Song Zhongyan (Technical Director of Fang Zheng Apabi Technology Co., Ltd), Hu Suwang (Network engineer of Central Radio and TV University Library), etc. Experts and guests work in different fields and have different perspectives on issues. However, focusing on the practical cases of the digital library of Zhejiang Radio and TV University, their views are focused on the important subject of distance learning and digital library from different entry points and different angles. For the results of this seminar, we will discuss the content of experts and Zhejiang Radio and TV University "du you" digital library practice collation into two summary, for readers. The review is based on materials such as seminar recordings and shorthand and has not been reviewed by the speaker himself.
