高創(chuàng)造傾向大學(xué)生人格特征

【摘要】:目的:比較大學(xué)生高創(chuàng)造傾向與低創(chuàng)造傾向的人格差異,分析高創(chuàng)造傾向大學(xué)生的人格特征。方法:①于2005-10隨機(jī)整群抽取西安地區(qū)在校大學(xué)生700人。均同意參加問卷評估。采用卡氏16種人格量表和自編創(chuàng)造傾向問卷評估人格特殊性征和創(chuàng)造性。16項(xiàng)人格因素問卷共187道題,包括16項(xiàng)根源性人格因素(樂群性、聰慧性、穩(wěn)定性、恃強(qiáng)性、興奮性、有恒性、敢為性、敏感性、懷疑性、幻想性、世故性、憂慮性、實(shí)驗(yàn)性、獨(dú)立性、自律性、緊張性)和4項(xiàng)二級因素(適應(yīng)與焦慮、內(nèi)向與外相、感情用事與安詳機(jī)警、怯懦與果斷)。分?jǐn)?shù)越高表明更具有該方面人格特征。自編創(chuàng)造傾向問卷共20道題,包括發(fā)散性、求異性、探索性、敏捷性、操作性5個因素,分?jǐn)?shù)越高表明創(chuàng)造性傾向越高。②對組間16種人格量表測驗(yàn)結(jié)果差異比較采用t檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:發(fā)放問卷700份,收回有效問卷538份,問卷回收率76.8%。利用極端分組法,將總分低于0分的定為低分組,選90人,其中男女生各半;總分在12分以上為高分組,選90人。①16種人格量表各因子評分結(jié)果:高分組學(xué)生在16種人格量表的穩(wěn)定性、恃強(qiáng)性、有恒性、敢為性4因子評分明顯高于低分組(t=4.366~10.098,P0.01),在憂慮性、興奮性2項(xiàng)明顯低于低分組(t=-4.449,-5.615,P0.01)。②次級人格特征差異:高分組4項(xiàng)二級因素中適應(yīng)焦慮評分明顯低于低分組[(4.52±1.52),(5.72±1.35)分,t=-5.589,P0.01],內(nèi)外向、情感和怯弱果斷評分分別為(7.92±1.54),(6.50±1.41),(6.06±1.31)分,高于低分組[(5.86±1.65),(5.61±1.41),(5.44±1.63)分,t=8.610,4.229,2.798,P0.01]。結(jié)論:高創(chuàng)造傾向大學(xué)生具有高穩(wěn)定性、高恃強(qiáng)性、高有恒性、高敢為性、低憂慮性、低興奮性人格特征;次級人格特征為適應(yīng)性焦慮低、外傾、情感豐富、果斷、剛毅。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the personality differences between high creative tendency and low creative tendency of college students and analyze their personality characteristics.
