“民管會”:社會力量參與學(xué)校管理的有效形式——四川成都青羊區(qū)推進(jìn)學(xué)校民主管理委員會建設(shè)的實(shí)踐與反思

【摘要】:正相對于教育者與受教育者之間、教育管理者與教師之間民主關(guān)系的建立而言,專門的教育組織與社會有關(guān)方面、個人之間的民主關(guān)系的建立相對滯后。為改變這種狀況,四川成都市青羊區(qū)積極推進(jìn)學(xué)校民主管理委員會(以下簡稱“民管會”)建設(shè),探索社會力量參與學(xué)校管理的有效形式。
[Abstract]:Compared with the establishment of democratic relationship between educator and educatee, between educational administrator and teacher, the establishment of democratic relationship between special educational organization and society and between individual is lagging behind. In order to change this situation, Qingyang District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, has actively promoted the construction of the School Democratic Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee for Civil Administration") and explored the effective forms of social forces participating in school management.
