【摘要】： 教育質量是現(xiàn)代遠程高等教育的“生命線”,如何保證現(xiàn)代遠程高等教育的質量一直是人們關注的問題。本文通過分析、借鑒國內外有關研究成果,通過對現(xiàn)代遠程教育質量保證體系的構成、質量保證體系建設的觀點和影響遠程教育的因素的分析,通過中央廣播電視大學開放教育模式的探索,教育部對試點高校開展現(xiàn)代遠程高等教育進行質量管理采取的有關措施的研究,提出了構成現(xiàn)代遠程高等教育質量保證體系的基本要素,進而提出現(xiàn)代遠程高等教育質量保證體系建設的策略,即確立正確的質量觀和質量標準,建立清醒的質量自律意識和完備的學習支持服務體系,通過課程設計和教學資源建設,通過遠程教育機構和學校的組織和管理,通過國家政策引導和外部質量認證保證遠程高等教育質量。
[Abstract]:The quality of education is the lifeline of modern distance higher education. By analyzing and drawing lessons from relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the composition of the quality assurance system of modern distance education, the viewpoint of the construction of the quality assurance system and the factors affecting the distance education. Through the exploration of the open education model of the Central Radio and Television University, the Ministry of Education has studied the relevant measures taken by the Ministry of Education to carry out the quality management of the modern distance higher education in the pilot universities. This paper puts forward the basic elements of the quality assurance system of modern distance higher education, and then puts forward the strategy of constructing the quality assurance system of modern distance higher education, that is, to establish the correct quality view and quality standard. Establish a clear sense of quality self-discipline and a complete learning support service system, through curriculum design and teaching resources construction, through distance education institutions and schools organization and management, Ensure the quality of distance higher education through national policy guidance and external quality certification.
