【摘要】：近一段時(shí)期,日本的教育領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)了許多問(wèn)題,突出地表現(xiàn)為:1)縮小教職員的決策權(quán),教育行政部門通過(guò)“指導(dǎo)、建議”不斷加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)校的統(tǒng)治;2)教育領(lǐng)域中的歧視不斷擴(kuò)大;3)對(duì)侵略戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和殖民地統(tǒng)治采取肯定態(tài)度。對(duì)于這些問(wèn)題,日本的教職員和學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)、社會(huì)居民等采取了多方面的抵抗措施,主要包括:1)對(duì)縮小教職員的決策權(quán)、加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)校的統(tǒng)治進(jìn)行不懈地抵抗;2)為了克服不斷擴(kuò)大的“歧視”問(wèn)題,而開展人權(quán)教育;3)為了阻止“肯定侵略戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和殖民地統(tǒng)治”的動(dòng)向,而重視闡明歷史事實(shí),進(jìn)行歷史事實(shí)教育。今后,針對(duì)“推動(dòng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和歧視擴(kuò)大的力量”,形成“阻止戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和歧視擴(kuò)大的力量”是十分必要的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there have been many problems in the field of education in Japan, notably in the form of: 1) reducing the decision-making power of the teaching staff, and the educational administration has adopted "guidance." It is suggested that "the rule over schools should be strengthened continuously (2) discrimination in the field of education should continue to expand, and (3) a positive attitude towards war of aggression and colonial rule should be adopted." In response to these problems, Japanese staff, parents of students, and social residents have taken various measures of resistance, mainly including: 1) to reduce the decision-making power of teaching staff. Strengthening unremitting resistance to the rule of schools (2) in order to overcome the growing problem of "discrimination" and to carry out human rights education 3) in order to stop the "affirmation of war of aggression and colonial rule" and to attach importance to the clarification of historical facts, Carry on the education of historical fact. In the future, it is necessary to form a force to prevent the expansion of war and discrimination.
