【摘要】：本文旨在闡述以瑞典民眾高中和學(xué)習(xí)協(xié)會(huì)為獨(dú)特形式的瑞典非正規(guī)成人教育中遠(yuǎn)程教育的特征。依據(jù)瑞典民眾高中和學(xué)習(xí)協(xié)會(huì)的辦學(xué)哲學(xué)思想,“會(huì)議式學(xué)習(xí)”是建構(gòu)式學(xué)習(xí)的基石,特別是當(dāng)學(xué)習(xí)的目的不是為了應(yīng)付考試而進(jìn)行信息復(fù)制時(shí),更是如此。當(dāng)學(xué)生需要進(jìn)行分析和批判性地討論時(shí),他們需要組織小組會(huì)議以取得對(duì)論題的深刻理解。“會(huì)議式學(xué)習(xí)”這一獨(dú)特特征在瑞典民眾高中和學(xué)習(xí)協(xié)會(huì)中的實(shí)踐已有一個(gè)世紀(jì)之久�，F(xiàn)在,這種在修課學(xué)員之間組織小組面對(duì)面會(huì)議又在現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育中再現(xiàn),以創(chuàng)造一個(gè)更靈活的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,促進(jìn)深層次學(xué)習(xí)和提供更好的學(xué)生支持服務(wù)。瑞典民眾高中的教師和學(xué)習(xí)圈的圈長(zhǎng)越來(lái)越意識(shí)到,在現(xiàn)代化的信息技術(shù)的輔助下,創(chuàng)造遠(yuǎn)程的更好的學(xué)習(xí)條件是可能的。他們還認(rèn)識(shí)到,創(chuàng)建一個(gè)學(xué)員們可以聚會(huì)、互相學(xué)習(xí)并相互給予更好支持的虛擬網(wǎng)上論壇也是可能的。而且,實(shí)踐結(jié)果越來(lái)越清楚地顯示出:遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)并不只是第二等的選擇,與面對(duì)面的會(huì)議相比,兩者各具優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to expound the characteristics of distance education in non-formal adult education in Sweden, which is a unique form of Swedish senior high school and learning association. According to the philosophy of Swedish high school and learning association, "conference learning" is the cornerstone of constructional learning, especially when the purpose of learning is not to copy information in order to cope with examinations. When students need analysis and critical discussion, they need to organize group meetings to gain a deep understanding of the topic. The unique feature of "conference learning" has been practiced in Swedish high schools and learning associations for a century. Now, this group face-to-face meeting among the students is reproduced in modern distance education to create a more flexible learning environment, promote deeper learning and provide better student support services. Swedish high school teachers and study circle leaders are increasingly aware that it is possible to create better learning conditions at a distance with the help of modern information technology. They also realized that it was possible to create a virtual online forum where students could meet, learn from each other and support each other better. Moreover, the practical results show that distance learning is not only a second-class choice, but also has its own advantages over face-to-face meetings.
