麓臺書院考述

【摘要】: 書院是中國古代特有的一種教學和學術研究場所,始于唐,歷經(jīng)宋元明,清代最為繁榮,至二十世紀初方被現(xiàn)代學校所代替,存在的歷史達千年之久。書院制度始終與官學平行發(fā)展,相對獨立,它繼承和發(fā)展了古代私學的傳統(tǒng),,也吸取了宗教和官學的教育經(jīng)驗,實行擇師選生,自由講學,提倡讀書與修養(yǎng)并重,教學與研究結合,重視師承學派傳統(tǒng)。眾多書院分布于全國各地,并且建立學舍、學田、學規(guī)等基本設施和管理制度,并開展學術交流、圖書出版等文化活動,成為培養(yǎng)人才、發(fā)展學派的重要基地和地方文化的活動中心。 濰坊歷史上書院教育比較發(fā)達。明萬歷年間,刑部尚書劉應節(jié)辭官歸鄉(xiāng)后,以興學和育人為己任,在浮煙山東麓創(chuàng)建了濰縣歷史上第一座書院——麓臺書院。麓臺書院及清乾隆年間在其舊址附近先后重建的西澗草堂、程符精舍,作為濰縣文化教育的中心,對促進濰縣其他書院的建立和發(fā)展、繁榮濰縣文化教育事業(yè)發(fā)揮了舉足輕重的作用,值得進行深入的研究。 本文分明代以前—麓臺及其悠久的歷史文化、明代——麓臺書院的建立與發(fā)展、清代——麓臺書院的興盛與衰亡三個階段,厘清了麓臺書院的歷史沿革;從經(jīng)費來源、山長聘請、教學內容、教學方式等方面對麓臺書院的教育制度和特點進行了考證;就麓臺書院的歷史貢獻和影響進行了客觀分析,并作出以下四點評價:一是科舉人才大幅增加;二是文化著作空前繁榮;三是右文重教成為風尚;四是書院影響遠播四方。 書院教育多元化辦學的歷史經(jīng)驗,講會傳統(tǒng),自由的學術探討精神以及教書育人以存養(yǎng)為根本、省察為修治、窮理為門戶,注意“以師勞為率”、重“循循善誘”、讓學生“深造自得”、“令聽者歡喜”,而達到“其化之速”的效果等獨具特色的教學方法,對于當今教育改革仍有一定的借鑒和啟示。
[Abstract]:Academy of Classical Learning is a unique place for teaching and academic research in ancient China. It began in the Tang Dynasty, the Song, Yuan and Ming dynasties, the most prosperous in the Qing Dynasty, and was replaced by modern schools at the beginning of the 20th century, with a history of thousands of years. The system of academies has always developed in parallel with official learning, and relatively independent. It inherits and develops the tradition of ancient private studies, and also draws on the educational experience of religion and official studies, implements the selection of teachers and students, freely lectures, and advocates the equal importance of reading and self-cultivation. Combination of teaching and research, attach importance to the tradition of the school of teachers. Many academies are distributed all over the country, and they have established basic facilities and management systems, such as school houses, study fields, academic regulations, and cultural activities such as academic exchanges, book publishing, etc., so as to cultivate talents. The important base of the school of development and the activity center of the local culture. The history of Weifang academy education is relatively developed. During the Ming Dynasty, Liu Yingjie, the minister of torture, resigned from his hometown and established the first academy in the history of Weixian-Lutai Academy in the east of Fuyan Mountain. The Xijian Caotang and Cheng Fu Jingshe, which were rebuilt by Lutai Academy and Qianlong in the Qianlong period in Qing Dynasty, as the center of Weixian culture and education, promoted the establishment and development of other academies of learning in Weixian. Weixian culture and education has played an important role in prosperity, it is worth in-depth study. This article divides into three stages: before the Ming Dynasty-Lutai and its long history and culture, the establishment and development of the Ming Dynasty-Lutai Academy, the prosperity and decline of the Qing Dynasty-Lutai Academy, clarifies the historical evolution of the Lutai Academy of Classical Learning, and clarifies the historical evolution of the Lutai Academy from the source of funds. This paper examines the educational system and characteristics of Lutai Academy from the aspects of hiring, teaching contents and teaching methods, and makes an objective analysis of the historical contribution and influence of Lutai Academy. And make the following four evaluation: first, the imperial examination talent increased significantly; second, the unprecedented prosperity of cultural works; third, the right culture and education become a fashion; fourth, academy influence far spread. The historical experience of college education diversification, the tradition of lectures, the spirit of free academic discussion, and the foundation of teaching and educating people are based on the existence and raising, the inspection is the repair, the poor is the gateway, the attention is "teachers and labors are the rate", and the emphasis is to "follow the lead along the lines". The unique teaching methods, such as making students "self-satisfied with their further studies", "making listeners happy" and achieving the effect of "the speed of their transformation", still have some reference and enlightenment for the educational reform today.
