【摘要】：正農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)保障機(jī)制改革,從根本上解決了各級(jí)政府教育投入責(zé)任不明確、教育經(jīng)費(fèi)供需矛盾突出、教育資源分配不盡合理的具體問(wèn)題,建立了農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育“政府辦學(xué)”新的投入機(jī)制,為農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育持續(xù)、均衡、健康發(fā)展提供了政策與資金保障。
[Abstract]:The reform of the funding guarantee mechanism for compulsory education in rural areas has fundamentally solved the specific problems of unclear responsibility for educational input at all levels of government, outstanding contradiction between supply and demand of educational funds, and unreasonable distribution of educational resources. A new input mechanism of "government running school" for rural compulsory education has been established, which provides policy and fund guarantee for the sustained, balanced and healthy development of rural compulsory education.
