【摘要】： 社會支持是影響大學(xué)生心理健康的一個(gè)重要因素;心理求助是大學(xué)生向?qū)I(yè)的心理咨詢?nèi)藛T求助,解決心理困擾的專業(yè)途徑。本文旨在通過研究大學(xué)生社會支持和心理求助的情況,以及兩者之間的關(guān)系,為高校心理教育工作者做好大學(xué)生的心理教育和輔導(dǎo)工作,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生充分利用社會支持和專業(yè)的心理求助,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的心理健康提供一些啟示。 本文在對心理求助和社會支持進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以華中科技大學(xué)隨機(jī)抽取的277名大學(xué)生為研究對象,采用了社會支持量表和心理求助問卷等研究工具,對大學(xué)生的社會支持和心理求助的情況,以及社會支持與心理求助的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探索性的分析。 研究結(jié)果表明:大學(xué)生的社會支持情況良好,大學(xué)生的社會支持在專業(yè)、來源、是否獨(dú)生子女等方面沒有顯著性的差異,但是在性別、年級方面有差異;大學(xué)生的心理求助情況在性別、專業(yè)、年級等方面沒有表現(xiàn)出顯著性的差異,但是在來源上有差異。大學(xué)生的社會支持與心理求助呈負(fù)相關(guān),也就是說,大學(xué)生的社會支持狀況越好,越不會傾向于心理求助。 通過本研究,主要是了解了大學(xué)生的社會支持和心理求助的情況,并對兩者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了描述性的分析。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,并對今后的研究作了展望。
[Abstract]:Social support is an important factor affecting the mental health of college students, and psychological help is a professional way for college students to seek help from professional psychological counsellors to solve their psychological problems.The purpose of this paper is to study the social support and psychological help of college students, and the relationship between the two, so as to do a good job of psychological education and counseling for college psychological educators.To guide college students to make full use of social support and professional psychological help to promote the mental health of college students provides some enlightenment.Based on the literature research on psychological help and social support, 277 college students randomly selected from Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected as the research objects, and social support scale and psychological help questionnaire were used in this study.This paper makes an exploratory analysis of the social support and psychological help of college students and the relationship between social support and psychological help.The results show that: the social support of college students is good. There are no significant differences in major, source, only child and so on, but there are differences in gender and grade.There were no significant differences in gender, specialty, grade and so on, but there were differences in the source of psychological help for college students.The social support of college students is negatively correlated with psychological help-seeking, that is, the better the social support condition of college students is, the less inclined they are to psychological help-seeking.Through this study, we mainly understand the social support and psychological help of college students, and analyze the relationship between them.According to the research results and related literature, the investigation results are analyzed, and the future research is prospected.
