通過團(tuán)體咨詢提升高中女生自我概念的個案研究

【摘要】:目的:通過團(tuán)體咨詢的方法,對高中階段的女生進(jìn)行了個案性的分析,以探索如何促進(jìn)高中女生自我概念發(fā)展的方法,并引入情緒變量,以探索自我概念的發(fā)展與情緒的關(guān)系。方法:于2005-05/06月開展團(tuán)體咨詢,并于2005-09進(jìn)行追蹤,選取了6名學(xué)業(yè)超常高中女生,智商120以下2名,120~130者2名,130者2名。對參與者進(jìn)行團(tuán)體咨詢,最初進(jìn)行集體訪談和個別訪談,了解她們對自我的認(rèn)識,以及她們期望的訓(xùn)練方法和訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容,并進(jìn)行了訓(xùn)練前的情感量表的測查。設(shè)計(jì)了5次團(tuán)體心理咨詢活動,共持續(xù)了兩周,活動結(jié)束后,請成員進(jìn)行第2次情感量表、自尊量表和自我描述問卷Ⅱ的測查。并匿名填寫了《團(tuán)體咨詢效果評價問卷》。咨詢結(jié)束后要求成員繼續(xù)進(jìn)行兩周的"情緒管理日記",并第3次情感量表和自尊量表的測查。①自尊量表,共10道測題。②自我描述問卷Ⅱ,用于測定中學(xué)階段兒童自我概念的量表,102道測題,構(gòu)成11個分量表。③情感量表,用于測量一般人群的心理滿意程度,10個項(xiàng)目,正性情感項(xiàng)目回答為"是"記1分,負(fù)性情感項(xiàng)目回答為"否"記1分,情感平衡計(jì)分是正性情感分減去負(fù)性情感分,再加一個系數(shù)5,其得分為1~9分。④自編咨詢效果問卷,就咨詢的效果進(jìn)行匿名的評價。⑤情緒自我管理日記。按照9個問題,每天記錄兩次。分析自我概念的發(fā)展與情緒的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:①團(tuán)體咨詢之后自我描述問卷各個分量表得分均高與咨詢前。5位初始自尊得分較低的成員在第2次測驗(yàn)時升高,第3次測驗(yàn)有部分成員得分稍低于第2次,但仍然高于第1次得分,3次測驗(yàn)的均數(shù)逐漸增加。②各個成員正性情感得分第2次測量較咨詢前增高或不變,第3次測量得分有2位低于第1次測量;咨詢結(jié)束后兩次測量負(fù)性情感得分均降低或不變,咨詢后情感平衡得分均增高(1名保持不變)。咨詢后正性情感和情感平衡3次測量的平均數(shù)均高于咨詢前,負(fù)性情感得分則相反。③成員認(rèn)為學(xué)到了以前沒有渠道可以了解的關(guān)于自我的內(nèi)容、自我情緒管理的方法以及人際交往的技巧,覺得自己在生活中會繼續(xù)運(yùn)用這些方法和技巧,愿意不斷"自我完善"。④比較咨詢期間和咨詢結(jié)束的第2周的日記,每日第1次記錄時,情緒描述詞積極情緒詞個數(shù)基本保持不變或有所增加,由于咨詢結(jié)束后第2周即將面臨期中考試,第2周后半周消極情緒描述詞如"郁悶、煩躁、失望"等較多,原因是由于考試靠近,但是其中3名成員每天對自我的綜合滿意度分?jǐn)?shù)仍持上升趨勢,并且所有成員都在日記中表示會通過自身努力和自我激勵來擺脫不良的情緒狀態(tài)。結(jié)論:通過團(tuán)體咨詢設(shè)計(jì)的活動,參與者在自我概念和自尊測驗(yàn)上的分?jǐn)?shù)均得以提高,全體成員對本次咨詢持肯定態(tài)度?茖W(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的團(tuán)體咨詢活動的方式,借助情緒與自我的互動,可以提升高中女生的自我概念。
