青海省中小學(xué)教師信息素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀、問題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】: 當(dāng)人類的步伐邁入21世紀(jì),以媒體、通信、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、人工智能等為代表的信息收集、處理、加工、傳輸?shù)燃夹g(shù)的飛速發(fā)展及在社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的滲透,引領(lǐng)著人類社會(huì)進(jìn)入信息化時(shí)代。信息素養(yǎng)將與讀、寫、算等能力一起構(gòu)成新時(shí)代學(xué)生適應(yīng)未來社會(huì)、開展終身學(xué)習(xí)、促進(jìn)自身的完善與發(fā)展所必須具備的基礎(chǔ)學(xué)力。面對(duì)信息時(shí)代對(duì)人才的要求,教師面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)和沖擊,作為信息社會(huì)的普通公民、更作為知識(shí)的傳播者,教師必須直面在信息社會(huì)所面臨的新課題,,及時(shí)調(diào)整自己的定位,努力提高自身信息素養(yǎng)。 地處我國(guó)西北地區(qū)的青海省,地理位置偏遠(yuǎn),自然條件惡劣,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和文化教育水平落后。雖然信息化教育開展已有多年,教師信息技術(shù)培訓(xùn)研究也日益深入,青海省中小學(xué)教師信息素養(yǎng)的相關(guān)研究卻幾乎為空白。本文試通過問卷調(diào)查和訪談,了解青海省中小學(xué)教師信息素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,找到影響其提高的內(nèi)外因素,為提高青海省中小學(xué)教師信息素養(yǎng)給出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策、建議。 本文首先通過梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外信息素養(yǎng)研究現(xiàn)狀,提出教師信息素養(yǎng)內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)。并以此為基礎(chǔ)制作青海省中小學(xué)教師信息素養(yǎng)調(diào)查問卷。筆者重點(diǎn)通過問卷調(diào)查,分析青海省一、二、三類地區(qū)中小學(xué)教師信息素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀。同時(shí),通過問卷結(jié)果分析并結(jié)合相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)掘影響教師信息素養(yǎng)水平的問題所在;诎l(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,筆者以系統(tǒng)論等相關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo),從宏觀、中觀、微觀三個(gè)層次提出提高青海省中小學(xué)教師信息素養(yǎng)的相應(yīng)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:As the pace of mankind enters the 21st century, the rapid development of information collection, processing, processing, transmission and other technologies, such as media, communications, network, artificial intelligence, etc., and their penetration in all fields of social life, Information literacy, together with the ability to read, write and calculate, will constitute a new era for students to adapt to the future society and carry out lifelong learning. In the face of the demands of the information age on talents, teachers are facing unprecedented challenges and shocks. As ordinary citizens of the information society, they are also the disseminators of knowledge. Teachers must face up to the new problems in the information society, adjust their position in time, and strive to improve their information literacy. Qinghai Province, located in the northwest of China, has a remote geographical location, poor natural conditions, backward economic development and cultural and educational level. Although information education has been carried out for many years, the research on teachers' information technology training has been deepening day by day. The research on the information literacy of primary and middle school teachers in Qinghai province is almost blank. This paper tries to understand the present situation of information literacy of primary and middle school teachers in Qinghai province by questionnaire and interview, and find out the internal and external factors that affect the improvement of the information literacy of primary and middle school teachers. In order to improve the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinghai Province, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given. In this paper, first of all, by combing the current situation of information literacy research at home and abroad, the content structure of teachers' information literacy is put forward, and based on this, the information literacy questionnaire of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinghai Province is made. Secondly, the present situation of information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in three regions. At the same time, through the analysis of questionnaire results and combining with relevant data, the problems affecting teachers' information literacy level are explored. Under the guidance of system theory and other related theories, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinghai province from three levels: macro, meso and micro.
